“Cheap Thrills” is a pop song (by Australian singer-songwriter Sia) that revolves around the idea of finding joy and fun without the need for material wealth: “Baby, I don't need dollar bills to have fun tonight”. The entire text is aimed at giving maximum light-heartedness and fun.I read that Rihanna was supposed to play Cheap Thrills. Instead, the song was performed by Sia after the pop star's rejection. On this time the violin was annoying, useless and absolutely in dissonance with Benedetta's voice which in this piece, already too reworked during the recording phase, certainly does not offer the best of her vocal possibilities and is overwhelmed by the violin which instead should "accompany and underline" her words. Only point in favor of the video is Venice.....

I partially agree on one point: Benedetta voice is a bit in the shade (even in another performance released recently I noticed this problem and I won't analyze why here). However, a first analysis (partial and perfectible as it is now hasty) of the audio spectra (I separated the voice from the instruments) gives they give a non-overlap of vocal component and violin, result of professional mixing.
