I am allergic and intolerant to a HUGE lot of food, mostly processed as well as gluten, dairies, etc... I never ever said that, sadly, I am allergic... instead I say thank you to my body as, because of these allergies, I have to eat healthy. Processed food/gluten/sugar/dairies allergies are not a curse but a wonderful blessing in our modern world. 🌹 Thank you for sharing this recipe 😊
Nice positive way to say it. Happy baking. I can't wait to try this recipe.
I made this today, 10/22/2023. The first gluten free bread I've ever made, and it turned out SO well! It rose nicely and baked beautifully. After letting it cool for 4 hours, I sliced it. It slices perfectly, and the crumb is very nice and even. The bread is moist and tastes really good. I followed your recipe, I used the Measure for Measure flour, and I used almond milk for the milk. I mixed it by hand with a whisk. The only thing I did differently from your recipe was to bake it at 350 degrees (instead of 375), and of course it took just a little longer: about 45 minutes. I am thrilled with the results! Thank you!
great bread, I added 1 tbs psyllium powder to the yeast mixture, made all the difference in the way the bread holds!
Written recipe "page not found"
I made it last night. It turned out great, thank you!!
What an adorable family. Thank you for this recipe. I've tried another and my family didn't like it so I can't wait to get to this one today! Take care.
I just made the bread. Yum. best recipe. I dont remember what temperature so I did 350. Mine rose higher than the pan so it overflowed. I love the flavor and texture. I love your bowls! Thank you
Oh real bread----I'm gluten free too----love that I can use plant based milk and olive oil. This is the best recipe I've seen yet. I can't wait to make it. Thanks for doing all the hard work.😊
I have just discovered that I have a gluten sensitivity. Also, for over the past 2 decades I am lactose intolerant. Therefore, this recipe for gluten-free bread is a godsend. The store bought gluten-free breads are tiny as this uploader stated and not really flavorful. I am so very anxious to try this recipe. Thank you Grace Walk Farm.
And now I need a bologna sandwich! Lol I can’t wait to try this/!!!
Omg my lady thanks you very much for this recipe I was waiting for like a year with out this type of bread I made two times already you the best simple steps loved
Thank you I just made one waiting for the rise and then into my oven. Yours is much cake consistency I can’t wait for it to bake. I’m making it for my son who is celiac ❤❤❤❤😊
Just found your channel. Thank you for this recipe. I look forward to trying it. We live up on the 'front porch' of the NC mountains.
Sounds like you’re near us! We are in the foothills 💕
I'm going to make this today! I love your bowls.
Thanks for the reicipe!! I made this bread today and is super soft and tasty. I used millet, sorghum, rice, potato and tapioca fours (total 3 cups as per your recipe and added xantham gum. Thank you for sharing your recipe

Fantastic! Thank you for sharing this recipe!
Hello, I just found your channel and just love this gf bread recipe. The problem when I go get the recipe is that it tells me page not found. Please could you give me the recipe? I love it because you don’t add lots of stuff like the others. Your voice is so sooothing ❤️. Blessings
I made this today and it is amazing!!
I’m so glad you liked it! I felt like I won the lottery when I got that first good loaf
@@Gracewalkfarm Yes! I have been gluten free for about 10 years and this has been the best I’ve ever had!!💕
Thank you for sharing your receipe I’m a 74 year old male I been trying all different methods of baking Gf bread I came pretty close it’s eatable but for some reason I can’t get a full loaf size my bread comes 1/2 the size of your bread.
I’m going to try this receipe hopefully thanks to you I can finally come up with a full size loaf.
Thank you so much.
P S I will let you no how it turns out .❤
Just made your bread…First bread GF I liked. Thanks
So glad to find your channel. Thank you for sharing on how to make GF bread. I've found the only way to really enjoy a GF goodie is to make it at home. I look forward to try this out.
Did I miss the oven temp and baking time? Thanks for sharing! Excited to try!
I may have forgotten it. SMH. It's 375 for 35 minutes.
Thank you - also is your oven set on regular bake or convection at 375?
@@robinranders regular bake
I love how you bake! A little of this, some of that... made me laugh 'cause that's how I cook most of the time too. I loved the video and will be back for more.
I have a suggestion: It sounded like you had your camera and mic on the counter...it picked up the bang when you put the bowls back down on the counter. It might help to isolate the camera mic by putting it on a mouse pad. They do create isolation pads that you can purchase for this purpose too.
We are definitely working on improving our setup. We got a new Mike so hopefully that will help for future videos
link to written recipe says Page not found
Same thing happening to me
Page not found for the written recipe. Could you please fix? Thank you!
cant wait to try this! :)
What temperature do you set the oven and how long .
Thank you for sharing. I'm gluten intolerant also. And I don't do well with rice flour, potato starch. What other flour could I use? Thank you
Looks good but what's the oven temp setting? Cooking time?
Also you forgot to say the size of the pan ?
10:59 can I substitute eggs with flaxseed or egg substitute?
I will definitely try this thanks. By the way your dog must be thirsty😂
Thank you for sharing. Buying GF bread is sooo expensive and lacks a lot. Decided it was time to get the Kitchen Aid out as I used to love to make bread etc but now diagnosed with Celiac or gluten sensitivity. Really miss baking but also lowering my carbs - over all vegan eating now. I miss a good sandwich and will definitely try this recipe. Great video to help out all of the gluten free crowd! Question: During 2nd exhibit did you say 2 T of apple cider vinegar? During first exhibit thought you said 2 teaspoons. Can someone clarify? thanks
You didn't say what temperature you baked it on for how long? When I bake I usually set the temperature, but I haven't baked gluten free, so I don't know if the temperature should be the same. The time for baking may not be the same, but I really don't know.
At what temperature and how long do you bake the bread?
Do you grease your stoneware? Or how do you stop it from sticking
Hi there, I am trying to find the full recipe. your blog link shows it is not found
Yeah…can’t get recipe without writing it down as she goes. “Page not found” popped up for me too.
How long do you think the loaf lasts in the fridge? Does is taste good the next day? I've often made GF bread and it tasted good right out of the oven but not good the next day.
It definitely tastes good the next day. We put it in a zip top bag and it has been great. Honestly, each loaf hasn't lasted for more than 4 days...the kids love it.
@@Gracewalkfarm so it didn't need toasting?! My husband and son love their sandwiches at lunch but there's no toaster available at lunch. So I've been trial and erroring sandwich loaves for a year now 😕
The first time you made the bread you said 2 teaspoons of ACV the second bread you showed you said 2 Tab ACV. Which is right? The written recipe is there on the page.
I mean the written recipe is NOT on the written page.
How long did you bake this bread and what was the temperature
Can anyone share the written recipe? The written recipe shws "page not found"
I am allergic to eggs how do I substitute?
So excited to try this! Do you have a print list of ingredients available somewhere?
I’ll add the full recipe to our blog this week! Gracewalkfarm.org
@@Gracewalkfarm Yay, thank you!!
What temp did you bake it at and for how long? It says that link to the full recipe is unavailable
Hi Amber, I just made your gluten free bread with the King Arthur flour. It turned out much better this time. Last time I used Namaste GF flour from Costco and it was too doughy tasting. Using this flour was a big improvement. I have a question for you though. I’m in Boise Idaho which is about 2300 ft above sea level. Would there be anything you would change? I noticed the loaf doesn’t rise as well as yours and the top isn’t as crusty. I’m really happy to find your site. Thank you.
You may want to give it a little longer rise time. I’m about 1100 ft about sea level.
Can you add regular yeast instead of rapid rise?
Here is the recipe I copied as she talked. Going to try this.
Sourdough gf bread
330g lukewarm water
20g olive oil
20g maple syrup
20g Psyllium husk
Stir and sit to gel
340g King Arthur flour
8-12g salt
5g baking powder
Mix
Add 265g starter
Add 90-100g water less is best
Mix with everything at medium speed
Dough should be sticky not wet. Add tiny amount if needed
Put in banneton
Rise 6 hours
Put in fridge up to 48 hours if not ready to bake
Steam pot in oven
425° 40 minutes. Remove lid for another 40 min
If you like crispier set 45/45
Cool completely before cutting.
Can you tell me how long and what temperature to bake please?
Any gluten flour will do, I use buckwheat
So excited to try it!
what was the oven temp and how long?
💕💕Wow💙💙💙💗💙💙💙💙
Can we use melted butter instead of oils?
Where did you get the whisk?
Is this your own flour blend or did you buy it? Just wonder how much of each to use.
I used King Arthurs measure for measure. It already has everything in it I would use.
This, the recipe cannot be seen. Please fix the video so we can read it.
Making some now. It's thick not like batter
Where is the recipe ??
www.gracewalkfarm.org under the blog post.
Your bread looks amazing 🤩❣️
@@Gracewalkfarm No it is not there either.
Legendas em português por favor!!!🙏🏻🥰
Anyone no oven temp and how long .
Hi, I don't have rapid rise yeast; I'm hoping I can use regular yeast & let it rise longer. Has anyone tried it using regular yeast.
I agree with one of the other viewers - you don't need the music, just makes it hard to hear you.
Hi! Sorry for the audio issues. We are going to try to refilm this soon with better audio. We are learning! You can use regular yeast but it will need a longer rise. It turns out fine though.
Where is the write recipe?
can this bread be frozen ?
Yea
this is what I am getting when clicking on the link to get the receipt. any help help in resolving this problem would be very appreciated. God Bless 😊

OMG
that noise of the dog lapping up a drink 🙄
I have been baking gluten free bread for over 10 years and I don’t know how I could possibly have gone wrong with this recipe because I followed your recipe to the T and it was a total waste of ingredients! Every slice just falls apart into a million pieces whether it is toasted or not. I’ve never had to eat my toast with a spoon before. Nothing against you personally but this was such a dissapointment being how expensive all the ingredients are today
Mine turned out the same way 😭
@@erinclaeys1353 Just guessing but it seems like 1 1/2 teaspoon Xanthan Gum may not be enough to hold it together. Maybe add 1 Tablespoon psyllium powder also. I'm going to experiment...
