Anne Page that’s interesting, because once she conquered lymes disease “real doctors” started to call her & ask for advice. They couldn’t believe someone with no prior knowledge about the disease could face a tough battle such as Lyme disease & come out on top. She did what they couldn’t do.

Been there, still there and that loneliness is awful even when you have a supportive husband so it must have been horrible for her. He deserves to feel that 10 fold.

Being chronically ill is a hellish nightmare. Whatever happened to "through sickness and health," in their marriage vows. He's an azzbag and should be ashamed for not supporting her through her struggle. OH!! Then he goes out on a date. Yolanda was my classmate in grade 7. I remember her as a kind hearted girl. Maybe Hollywood, which is full of psychopaths, is just too much for her.

Sorry but from the moment I saw the couple on RHOBH I called it! Their marriage was about Yolanda being subservient to David. The moment that she got sick and it really started to affect her, she wasn't able to be the Leave it to Beaver wife David wanted her to be. He's an obvious narcissist and when the attention was pulled from him and he had to start caring for her the relationship fell apart. I'm glad they aren't together, she needs to find a man the will respect her and honor her and appreciate what she does for him. Not one that will continue to take advantage of her.

I have lyme disease and I was bit 6 years ago by a tick while camping.
I can only comment on the pain and suffering she DID go through, and her treatments although may seem strange to someone who has no idea what lyme disease is, were all the appropriate treatments that millions, yes, millions of people are doing to rid their bodies of the fastest growing infectious disease in the history of medicine.

Carolyn Hamilton I have a chronic, debilitating disorder (genetic) and I didn’t get really sick with it until I had my last child. We didn’t know what was causing me to have all these symptoms (btw, nearly identical to Lyme) but at first, my husband couldn’t believe that something just “attacked” me after our second and last child and I never got better. My son was 6 years old when we found out exactly what I had (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) and then we found out that I will never be cured, never get better. I can honestly say that while my husband was not the most supportive or comforting husband in the world at first (I had my own career, with a great paying job and the opportunity to climb as high as I wanted), once he got past his own shock, he couldn’t be a better husband. He took his vows so seriously and has carried me to bed because I was too sick to walk to it and still to this day will bring me a tea every morning while I’m still in bed, fighting to awaken and stay awake (I don’t some days, I just sleep the entire day). We have 2 children who he basically raised and I was left to just watch really and mother as best as I could from bed or the couch or wherever I can prop myself and be sort of comfortable. He tells me he would never think of leaving and loves me more than he ever has. I also love him more than ever. I make sure I do something, anything, on those rare “good” days so we can be together as a family and he sees this as much as an accomplishment as if I could run a marathon and he tells me how proud he is. I have the best husband that I could have possibly ever be blessed with and he knows that too. I hope you have the same support. I have quite a few friends with EDS that also have Lyme disease and doctors are wondering why Lyme seems to trigger the underlying symptoms of EDS. I think it’s trauma, like childbirth was for my immune system and a car accident can be for others. I wish you well and hope that you have been able to receive some of the treatments you spoke of. One friend of mine had ozone therapy and it seemed to help her quite a bit but it’s an ongoing battle as I know you know.
Yeah i don't buy the story that Yolanda has been saying, that it was her decision i think David has such a massive ego and couldn't handle her chronic illness

Before Yolanda got really sick she would do all of these extra things for David to keep him interested in her, the flame lit or to just keep him from wondering off to someone more excited or sexy. Here's the thing, I do think we should try to keep our marriage spicy but I truly feel like she knew if she didn't it would be totally easy for another woman to get his attention. So when she got sick and didn't feel well enough to have naked photo shoots for him or meet him at the door with only an apron with high heels on etc etc he didn't waste much time to find someone else who would. This is just my perception because I obviously don't know any of them outside the tv screen 😉

Why is anyone surprised? I never believed it was a good marriage, despite her protestations.They both knew the marriage was over before she signed up for RHOBH. She knew that He wanted out. But She wanted a consolation prize....the tv show. They both got what they wanted. I am not fond of them as a couple or as individuals. I don't think Yolanda would have signed up for the show knowing her marriage was crumbling. She certainly didn't need the money, so what women would decide to bring cameras into her home knowing her marriage was in jeopardy? Divorce is difficult and very private. Yolanda wasn't aware things had gotten so bad with David until November 2015 (according to Yolanda in an interview). My guess is she caught him with an other women. Yolanda has told her lady friends to never put up with a cheating husband and David Foster is known to have a wandering eye. Of course, I don't know these people, but I occasionally watch the show. Yolanda doesn't seem like the type of person to put up with a cheater. Just saying...
She's better off without someone like David. He clearly doesn't respect his marital vows, for better or worse, and in sickness and in health.

I read he was supportive...paid for doctors all over the world one after another and he took care of her after her breast plant removal. He became frustrated it seemed to me. She sure pepped up after the divorce. He had to work. What more could he do....all she did was lay in bed.

Been there, done that for the last 6 years of my husband's life following a stroke - we were together for a whole 19 years, in and out of hospitals 5 times + therapy for the last 2!

I didn't know that he had been married several times before but I think that Yolanda is a lot to deal with and I do believe she put on a lot for the show and it bothered him but I do think he also really likes his ego stroked & is possibly very particular being a famous musician and all obviously the two Personalities just didn't mesh! But it's sad for the kids no matter how old they are to I have to get used to someone and then lose them from their life and have everything changed

I am sorry but you could tell on the show how cold he was with her! She was always so sweet with him and he was always so cocky and rude. He only has time for himself. That episode where they all sat around the piano and he told everyone not to speak or sing was SO rude.
Not that it's really any of our personal business, but I do believe that when you choose a marriage and show that exploits your personal life on such a grand scale, you have to be prepared for the very public that supports your careers and actually helps ratings, as the tv viewing audience is what keeps shows going. I just feel bad for Yolanda, as she's gone through so much physical ailments fighting the Lyme Disease, I would think that she'd get much more support from ALL those who love her, not just her kids, but especially her husband and close friends. She's been through enough and I commend you Yolanda for having the impeccable strength and fortitude to get through thus far and still have a positive attitude! i found it interesting, early on when YOLANDA joined the show, they talked about divorce and marriage, and YOLANDA seemed to understand, for her, that marriage may not necessarily be a "forever" thing, and that people fall in and out of love. she said, that maybe a relationship has a 5 year life span, and that sometimes one can expect that the love will not be the same as it was form day one, than it becomes later on in a relationship. so maybe, she takes it well or not, that she is getting another divorce, but it seems she may not be very surprised, yet that hurt is part of the ending of an old thing, and the beginning of a new thing.
p.s...a funny thing about pretty people and ugly people...the pretty seem to go in and out of relationships because they are so attractive, and so many want to be with them. ugly people, like me, have to settle for hat they can get, cause the line for them is nonexistent, and you take what you can get, and hold on for dear life...lol..funny just for me.

David has a "big head" and always has to be the center of attention. ......but when on RHOBH came about, he was only Yolander's husband and one night Yolander had a dinner party for her friends and David wanted to show off and play the piano, well a few of the girls spoke a bit and HE DEFINATELY DID NOT LIKE THAT, he said something and that was enough for me, can't stand him from that night only, cause before that only knew his name.

He is ugly on the inside as well as the outside., and he is lacking in basic manners and etiquette. What did she see in him, I don't know!! That woman had a clost the size of the average person linen closet filled with different vitamins and prescriptions. How can one woman have so many illnesses for so long and those illnesses only effect her when it is to her advantage? One day she is so sick she can't leave the house because she is too sick and weak to be out of bed and that evening she is out having dinner and drinks and the next day she is out jogging? Plus, her daughters have lime disease too. WOW! Lime disease runs in her family. Or should I say the ticks that carry lime disease run after her family? When one of the wives speculated she had Munchausen's Syndrome, I immediatley blurted out, "It's about time someone figured that one out!" That is what I was thinking the entire time. I think Yolanda's whole illness "thing" went away when she had her leaking breast implants removed. Nothing to do with Lyme's Disease unless truly diagnosed by an MD. Never done as far as I can see. Why didn't anyone confront her about this? Anyway, she looks great, is healthy, and well rid of SF.

My cousin's husband just played at his house on some private island. From DHOBH it seemed like he left her because her illness changed her ability to do stuff he enjoyed doing with her. It wasn't a lifestyle he wanted and since he has the money to get other options, he did. That's not love so Yolanda is better off. I actually didn't know who either of them were until I watched DHOBH.

Why would Yolanda wanna drop her ex-husbands last name (Foster), after divorcing him, just to go and take back her other ex-husbands last name (Hadid)? Isn’t that literally the same thing? It’s the same reason Kris Jenner didn’t go back to her maiden.
