Thank you for the detailed video. So if I put all this info on the outer cardboard box of the perfume, what do I need on the bottle itself? Name and quantity only?

Hello Arianna, I came across your video and wanted to get your take on the following statement " Eye cream that nourishes and brightens for a youthful glow" My understanding is that the term “drug” means “Articles (other than food) intended to affect the structure of any function of the body of man or other animals”. Where as a "cosmetic" is a product, except soap, intended to be applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or altering the appearance. I was told by our local public health authorities in Guam (U.S. Territory) that the claim is a drug because it affects the structure function of the body. But my interpretation of the statement of "nourish and brightens for a youthful glow" is more so claiming to promote attractiveness or altering appearance. What is your take on this statement?

Hi Jenelyn, we advise checking with your local authority to validate claims before advertising - good on you for doing that already! Claims are often evaluated using multiple factors-intended use, geo-specific regulation, perceived use, etc. It’s possible that interpretations of claims can vary, and for that reason it’s a good idea to check with local authorities the way you did before sale/distribution to avoid problems. You can also seek out regulatory compliance advice from professionals in your area - check out the Supplier List on Goldn.com. Wishing you success!
