They will have people under them running the businesses, some businesses fail as well.
They have huge teams to take the business forward. Usually they just discuss the way forward and their team does most of the operational work.
Hardly any successful deals done in the den come to fruition, here's a good link shows how many fall apart after the show (most of them)
