I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE YOU USING THE SHIM WHEN BACKING OUT OF THE CUT, IT IS JUST A GOOD THING TO DO AND IT MAKES IT MUCH SAFER ,SO AS NOT TO PULL THE BLADE OFF THE WHEELS , I HAVE HAD IT HAPPEN TO ME, AND THANK GOD MY SAW IS MUCH SMALLER THAN YOURS! ACCIDENTS HAPPEN VERY QUICKLY AND CAN BE DEVASTATING !

Can't read the language but this man treats the wood like he already knows what it looks like on the inside. Seems to get the best out of the tree with some very precise cuts.

dangerous working close to a running band-saw--where is the safety manager, seems like a old fashioned proceedure..would be ok if in a more mechanized plant--like in the USA and Canada... the thick slabs would make nice tables

Domo I think you whisper to the giant logs, they hear you, & you listen for their reply! 🤓 In the art of Japanese sword (maybe knives too) making by traditional sword makers (blades smiths) there are many words to describe certain patterns, shapes, curves, waviness of the fold lines... Are there similar words to describe certain patterns, grain lines, swirls, etc, in wood when cut?🤔 Thank you again

3トンは巨木ではないですね。私は千葉県ですが4トン半の欅を、伐って市場に出しました。3トンのペイローダー2台で4トン車から下ろしましたが、運搬中トラックの前輪が、道路の凸凹で度々浮き上がりハンドルが効かなくなりロースピードで運びました。因みに、其の倍位の、欅が大阪と東京の市場を往復してました。銘木市場でしたが、1000万円位では指値に、届かなかったのです。
