The little trumpeter between the two guest performers... First of all they were amazed but after she played her line and then looked up at the trombone player with eyes wide open and absorbing everything from him it was something to watch. I do not speak Spanish and of course I didn't understand what they were saying mostly but I saw the most astonishing program. Maestro the way that you get through to those young students that gives them that same feeling of love for the music and desire to learn music and a lifestyle of happiness is totally unique. These fine students are known world wide. Think of it, millions of views daily and after all this even after adult-hood are so modest and kind I would think of them as my next door neighbor. What wonderful people you are delivering to the world. Kudos, congratulations and thank you.
This documentary always moves me to tears... such passion and dedication from such young musicians is definitely a credit to the maestro who trains them - Joan Chamorro
Joan, you diserve a very sincere applause for your teaching talent to these young (sometimes very young) kids and the way you conduct them to a joyfull and rewarding musician life! cheers

Love (and have:) the "jazz kids" film you did, showing the learning process. Great stuff. Looks like Ramon got it removed from youtube. I wanted to send it to a friend in spain. I see some clips are included here. But see if Ramon can lighten up. His kids and jazz film is just not that good. And, finally, know that the language, for us gringos, is no barrier. thanks.
I would love to hear a collaboration with this band and Angelina Jordan if possible. She would do well with this class act. Killer band and Including killer vocsls
