I recently learned that Clarence Thomas is assigned to the 11th Circuit (Florida, Alabama and Georgia) which sounds to me like he is their ultimate authority. So, when he suggested in his opinion that the Special Counsel's appointment was questionable, it seems like Judge Cannon was following his 'suggestion' more like a directive. Why don't I hear anyone talking about that????
