I feel like at a high level Millia gets less irritating since the good ones aren't flying all over the top of the screen. Bridget seems annoying at any level though.
Interesting strategy. Most Millia players are go all out on tacking every single drop of damage they can possibly do during oki/punish, which at the moment seems extremely unrewarding considering how much less damage she does and how unsafe some of her mixups are.
This Millia player has a separate oki and punish game, and seems to have a sophisticated waiting game. Most Millias seem to be hyperaggressive to the point of being counter-combo magnets.
I started playing Milia just few weeks ago, so not too knowledgeable about Milia's game plan yet. One thing I've noticed however is options such as Bridget's 2HS eats Milia alive if all she does is IAD approach (I learned it the hard way). Milia has a good ground movement too and fairly respectable far slash for a punish game. With this and her air movements (Kapel, turbo fall, double air dashes), you really have to and can deceive them even before you start your blender. I've also noticed that people are so afraid of going through her mix up, they tend to hard commit to options; such as 6p, air grab. You can use this against them. Baiting out 6p with empty jump turbo fall for example
Bridget has huge buttons but they are commital and easy to whiff punish so the Millia slows the game down to make sure that Bridget can’t abuse those buttons and has to stick with low commitment like 2p and 5s

Pro tip, pushblock beats almost every option Milia has on HDisc oki. Would recommend using it instead of blowing full burst to avoid the vortex like we used to.
Uhhh…… Push block is probably the worst against her. She can react and just run back in or bait it out with delayed kapel on some setups to negate the push block . Plus is you get wrong and input it on a cross up your getting WA and getting mixed. It’s literally a waste of 50 burst meter for her just to run back in and keep you jailed
