I wonder if Gen Z and Millenials are still alive and what they are doing in a posthuman world.

With age reversal tech there'd be a decent number still around (maybe 10-20%) and there might even be some Gen Z living to very old age naturally due to incr. life expectancy, maybe up to age 130 or so - if it's possible naturally.
