Biohazard is the sequel quest to Plague City, where we find out what is really going on in West Ardougne.

Hey! Thanks for making this guide, it helped me finish the quest much easier than when I did it on my non-ironman where I followed other quest guides(which were terrible). This quest guide was really easy to follow and the thing I like most about it is that you keep your camera always pointing north which makes it so much easier to follow haha. Thanks again! never do part of this quest and then come back to it years later. It caused me so many problems. I didn't realize i already gave the three smugglers the vials, and was confused as to why they weren't taking the vials I re-received.
what happens if you fight someone along the way to the chemist. also what happens if you talk to the chemist about the plague

just to make things a tad easier, (as i understand you can't teleport with the plague sample?) so at 7:50 after giving those 3 dudes the vials, you can run to port sarim and theres a bank deposit box by the Monks of Entrana's boat so you don't have to run all the way back to falador :).

If you mess up and click the wrong choice and he doesn't give you the touch paper how can you get them?

Question: i gived CHancy the wrong chemical or potion Does IT mean i cant complete the quest in my account?!

This 11 min quest ended up taking me around 2 hours. I went to the old guy with the priest outfit and didnt know I needed the touch papers. At first I didnt know what happened. Got all vials from her again and gave them to them and forgot papers a second time not knowing what was happening. Then I finally rewatched the vid and seen you had the papers when you talked to him but didn't mention it. I got all vials and this time gave 2 of th to the wrong person so had to get them again. By this point I had a stack in the bank of liquid honey and all the others. I got the right order and brought the papers with me and it finally worked. I'd definitely mention that if you ever remake this quest.

SnuggleQuest: The vials are fragile, make sure not to fight or teleport so the vials don't break... Me: Yeah I'll use this shortcut log to get to the bank... *SPLASH* falls in the water (Vials were fine :D)
To get to rimmington all you have to do is get on a boat. It’s 30 gp and drops you off next to his lab. It won’t break the samples and you won’t need to bank
And I suggest you do the achievement diary guides too.
