I like how depending on if you recruit byleth or not shez will lose control to his superior and the opposite happens in the alternative
nice now u get the 3 hopes ending ( by getting byleth the post endings note will change if u success in this battle as well)
Don't you need all 3 endings for that?
@@Rubhen925 no if u get byleth before in that mission u will get the fight were u get with 3 leaders to fight arval and then u will fallow the route as from black egles u will get that edgel became partner with alaince and they will try too fight or something like that
Does anyone know if shez's primary sword has a name? I know the secondary one is the killing egde but I can't find a name for the life of me
I don’t think Shez meant to kill Byleth Arval was controlling Shez’s Body to kill Byleth

Shez clearly didn't wanted to kill Byleth, but I think Arval didn't wanted it neither, you can see it is Epimenides since he's saying killing Byleth is everything he ever fought for, and Arval accepted Byleth as an ally. Plus when you kill Epimenides, Arval is coming back, you can see that as he smiles again, proud of Shez, instead of angry like Epimenides was, and in Byleth A support, she/he says that Arval wanted to protect you (sorry if it's hard to understand, I'm not english...
Because epiminides wanted kill sothis because he fought for his people the agarthans I think he came across the sons and daughters of serios that betrayed sothis and took her bones to make the weapons of the ten Elites and gave them dark magic to them so some of the decedents of the agarthans the people that betrayed sothis that were still around like Solon and Thales he gave dark magic to them same to his other half he created arval which gives power to shez so she can fight the ashen demon and put an end to sothis revenge because it’s all he belived in

How do you get this path where you fight byleth even after recruiting her
chapter 10 at alliel either side quest says defeat byleth if you ignore the defeat byleth mission and fight whatever boss in golden deer you have to kill fleche and ignore byleth and they join you

You need to recruit byleth on any route
Does this only occur on the Scarlet Blaze route or does it happen on all routes?
No you can do it in all 3 routes as long as you recruit byleth.
The only change is the responses you hear because different main house and whatnot.
Yep. We still don’t know what Shez is. I hope dlc church route answers this.
