Janet, I so second that! I only watch this case with Linda...she doesn't interrupt while questions are being asked of the witnesses, doesn't stop the stream to snark and takes time out to address comments during breaks and has discussions when court is in recess. I just watch and enjoy her relaxing energy.

Tammy's murder happened around 11:00ish PM....that's when the pings were shown for Alex. They killed her in the Cozy Cone, took her back to her bed (although they may have been sleeping in separate beds). Garth came home and didn't go to bed until 3:00am. They wouldn't have killed her with Garth at home. That's why there is so much said about the stairs to the Cozy Cone....she was KILLED THERE !!

Aloha one and all. What a day in court. I read several negative comments about the pathologist, which I think are not necessary. She was measured, respectful, and testified as to her professional opinion. It wasnât her fault that JP gave her only a few docs to review. Perhaps her opinion would have been different had she had access to those materials. As it was, JP came across as a real ass for cherry picking the docs. No need to dislike the doctor simply because she was called by the defense. I donât think she has any skin in the game, just testified as to her findings. I have been a professional witness, and my job was to testify to things I had knowledge aboutâŠand this doctor was given limited data. Thanks Linda for all your coverage! Hope everyone has a fabulous evening!

One of the things that really bother me about Chadâs family none of them seem concerned or even care that a body was found in their dadâs back yard. As a juror this would Send big red flags for me. If a family member had a body or bodies dug up in their yard I would be wanting to know, why, how, who, whenâŠ. These kids donât seem to care at all. Maybe itâs because they know the answer to all of those questions.

2 points to ponder
1. If tammy was taking prozac wouldnt that require a visit to a doctor (or other prescriber) on a regular basis...at least every 3-6 months? Where are those records? Who prescribed it?
2. Assuming chad and emmas calls were recorded could the state charge her with perjury if her testimony conflicts with those recordings OR...can those calls not be entered into evidence if JP didnt bring them up in his direct? At the very least i would think they could attempt to impeach her testimony (unless, again, the calls would have had to be introduced into evidence during the states case.

IMO: Those kids by my observation seemed like they were relieved that their mom was/is gone geesh as a daughter i miss my mom every single day since she left this life in 2017 also my dad that raised me since age 4 passed in 2015, then bio dad in 2021.
