- It's time to fix our cannon shots, and without Arena as a playable mode anymore in Sea of Thieves, that means we're going to have to look to the Order of Souls for a little practice by taking on back-to-back ghost ship voyages!

The fastest time I've completed this voyage was just under 10 min with my buddy. Personally I feel the sloop is the best for these.
If you've got the 3-man crew, the brig does them the fastest. They have the same hp (3 hits) no matter your ship size, so you can instantly vaporize them. Plus you can use the brig's speed to your advantage to always come up behind the ships, do a broadside pass, then catch up again, always staying in their blind spot. It's incredibly fast work.
One helpful thing I noticed while grinding for my ferry of damned sails was if you sail to Devil's Ridge before dropping another voyage down, the ghost fleet will always spawn there every time as its the furthest southern point before the devils roar.
Also cannon cosmetics matter... something that comes to a point at top to line up cannon shots or just the default cannons are best, too much fluff and you're lost as to where you're aiming.
And if you need supplies, forts usually have 3 barrels with 50 cannon balls each, just bring a ghostly storage crate there to top ya off. Or complete it to try and raise your emissary value to rank 5.
Now you can buy 80 cannonballs and a lot of wood and food (merchant crates and captaincy supplies) and it makes it so much easier.
I love how you made a about 1 or 2 hour journey into a 13 minute video and I love how you used this as ship to ship combat practice instead of OOS reputation!

holy shit that was the burning blade, its a bit rare but sometimes you can get the burning blade in the emissary voyages and it drop wraith balls
Yeah that's the first time I came across it since Flameheart was removed, granted I don't run ghost ship voyages all that often regardless haha

Dude I thought my rend was lying when he said that when you hit level 75 for OOS you fight the Burning Blade but it’s true!
As someone who needs about 15 more ghost ships for the "500 ghost ships defeated", I know the pain of solo ghost ship voyages.
Also, since you got the Banisher of the Burning Blade commendation right there at the end, you should actually now have the Burning Blade's (Flameheart's) sails available to you.
Do you do it solo or with a friend?
Hmm, my Strat for this is slow but effective and that is slow cruising going the opposite direction from the ships with the sails at half or quarter length, if not overwhelmed by ships. (as a solo mind you)
Yea, personally I just run right in to it. Right into broad sides and all. But it’s kinda fun and good practice.
I have never been sank by them as a solo, you take a lot of damage but I usually get it done that way within 12 mins.
I tried to do this, and got Krakened in the middle of the boss round. RIP. You make it look so much easier, I wish I could manage like you do.
This same thing happened to me, I barely survived because the main boss was on the other side of the island
So when I used to stack these voyages I never got a cannon ball crate of the damned is there specific rep I need to be in oos or just get better?
Cannonball crate comes specifically from the burning blade fleet which I think you need to be 75 to get
Edit: burning blade fleet just appears as a normal fleet in your voyage inventory

This video look like me, i trying right now to get lvl max in order of souls (im 71) and it is so hard to lvl up (really nice video btw👍)

Honestly I'm not sure since I was maxed out in the Order of Souls before they made the ghost ship voyages. If I had to guess in terms of time efficiency they're probably a bit better than regular skeleton voyages as long as you're decent at naval combat.

He still give you wraith balls too... kinda a 50/50 gamble to whether he spawns though, and he's not trash talking the entire time so it's a relatively peaceful engagement.

I'm pretty sure every ghost ship voyage has a small chance to be a burning blade one!
The person that places down the voyage must be 75 in order of souls
I does not depend on 75 lvl it's random sometimes u get the normal voyage ship some time the flameheart ship which gives wraith ball.

Well the season 7 will have quick sell ports so selling would be easy but they keep delaying the season 😭
Great voyage but not for the money. A single vault of the ancients gold have gotten me much more (with a grade five emissary gold holder, of course).
