This video demonstrates respiratory anatomy which includes the lungs, pleura, trachea and bronchi.
    The Lungs
Find the left and right lungs on a CT (axial plane and sagittal plane)
Identify the horizontal and oblique fissure of the right lung
Identify the upper, middle and lower lobe of the right lung
Identify the oblique fissure of the left lung
Identify the upper and lower lobes of the left lung
Identify the lingula of the left lung
    The Pleura
Observe the full pleural cavity (left and right) in the axial plane
    Anterior thoracic wall
    Lateral thoracic wall
    Medial border of the lung
    Posterior thoracic wall

Observe the trachea at the level of:
    Thyroid / Larynx
    T1
    T2
    T3
    T4

Observe the carina and it’s vertebral level
    The Bronchial Tree
The divisions of the bronchial tree which can be seen on CT are the:
    Primary bronchi
    Lobar bronchi
    Segmental bronchi
    Sub-segmental bronchi

From my understanding, the lungs in the video are normal. I may be wrong and I am happy for anyone to correct me.
If you would like a compilation of pathological lung CT images, they can be downloaded from a link in the description of this video. You can also download it here:
