- Shakshuka is a popular breakfast dish enjoyed widely across North Africa and the Middle East, with endless variations that showcase the region's culinary creativity. The dish is made with eggs poached in a tomato sauce that is flavored with a variety of regional spices, creating a complex and savory taste. If you do not have all the spices required for traditional recipes, don't worry. You can make a beginner's version using common ingredients such as cumin, paprika, and black pepper. Despite the simplicity, you can still savor the delightful combination of tomato sauce and eggs.

Really easy to use snd fast to cook, thanks for the recipe. got it greaaaaaaat on my 1st try 😋
I've made this before and I went with a Mediterranean flavor profile. I added feta and kalmata olives, but I also added kidney beans and lots of parsley and a drizzle of olive oil. It was DELICIOUS and felt SO nourishing.
Now that's the recipe proportioned to my household. And it's so easy to make.
Definitely making this bright and early Monday morning!!!
so easy. perfect for when you’re sick! i’m gonna give this one a try even though i’m feeling really under the weather!
I made Shakshuka a while ago and loved it despite normally not liking tomatoes (depends how it's used/texture --- I love salsa!). You made this look so easy and yummy! Thank you for making these recipes that not only look easy but use little ingredients (in a lot of your recipes) and on top of that are eclectic. I absolutely love your page!!! 🥰❤️

What kind of bread is that please
I used a French style baguette
@@BreakfastForOne Thank you
Can I eat this with rice
Absolutely! If eating with rice, you may have to increase the amount of salt and add some crumbled feta cheese (or season the rice)
Also garlic powder is a no no
You measuring olive tell me you are not a good cook.sorry but measuring olive oil is a bit too much
It's just a guideline, get over it.
