these movements are very good, fast, now I understand the reason for being well controlled, why there would be many more knockouts, in addition to those that occur in tournaments, McGregor, Fabrício pitbull, lyoto machida, are the best representatives, and the practitioners of karate can train any style, from boxing to muay thai and preserving karate's combat method. What I'm sad about is that the karateka can only fight with his full strength, in MMA. These videos have good methods, even for the boxer, in which case it is clear punches. great video.

Uramawashigeri is what we call kake mawashigeri in my style. Hook kick. Nice technique here, great kick.

Shotokan rules and WKA rules are the same?

Why keep arms down like holding a katana instead of holding them higher and closer to upper body and head at guard? Attacker's face, head and side front are totally exposed hence the easy uraken. Not at all realistic combat. That's why there's no defence during kumite or matches.

In a real fight you woukd get swampped and fall to the ground. Isn't karate supposed to be about quick finishing techniques
