It depends on just how much United wants him. If they are sympathetic, they will do everything it takes for him to say yes.
It's obvious that Yoro wants Madrid. As much as he will be a good addition to the defense, I will suggest United moves on the other options.

I’m not in a crazy hurry to land yoro. If that’s our target and they believe they can convince him, another week won’t kill us. That being said, orensteins report makes waiting less desirable because we’re keeping Deligt on a string.

We need four CBs who can play a high line. That means we need to buy three CBs. If we only buy one, we will struggle whenever one of them has an injury or suspension. In my mind, we can also sell both Casemiro and McTominay. Casemiro is a defensive midfielder, McTominay is not. We need to replace Casemiro. In addition we should get Amrabat on a permanent deal. Then we'll have two defensive midfielders.

Personally I don't rate Yoro so highly as central defenders are in abundance across Europe,South America and Africa!You can get very good players for 20-30M if you scout properly!
