Hi Djomes, bench test courses won't help you secure an interview invite anywhere. Some programs like the ones offered by Stevenson and Duggan offer CE credits and a certification that add a small bump to your profile.

However if your circumstances allow you, and you have a visa it would be wise to stay in the US and gather US experiences in any capacities as you can to build your profile.
