Canucks fan here. Hold your heads high boys, that was a tiiiiiight series. You played well, that was as even and close as two teams get.
only reason it was tight was because they were trying to injure our players all series. they took out 2 of our goalies and still lost in 6.

As a Canucks I love going against the preds in the playoffs always a hard fought tight clean series with lots of respect good job guys!
Preds were one of the hottest teams after the Allstar break.. had like a 13 game win streak? As a Canuck fan this series was nail bitting.. I was at Game 1 and that will be something I'll never forget, 2 goals in 12 seconds.
Also forgot to add.. the officials were terrible most this series. Canucks had 2 powerplays in 2 games while the preds ended up with 8 in the final 2 games.. A lot of missed calls.

They played extremely well. It was an incredibly close game. Very close it came to 7 games. They should be proud of how hard they made it for Vancouver to win the series.
Nashville should be very very proud of themselves. No one had them even in the Playoffs. They played some really really good Hockey the last 2 months of the season. Not one player on that team should be hanging their head. Heck of a Year Boy’s.

Their implementation of coaching/defensive system and goal tending made this a nail biter of a series. Canucks struggled hard to get shots through and anything dangerous Saros mostly dealt with.
The preds played really well and gave my Canucks a very challenging series. It could've honestly been 4-2 preds just as easily. You have a strong team that's going to be a contender for many years to come. Sorry that you guys lost.
Each game was like it was balanced on a scale, could have went either way, great series, you guys got a strong team over there, hats off to you guys for pushing my nucks to the max

Well you cant say the preds didnt play well. That was a crazy tight series. Goalies on both sides were outstanding.

Nail biting series. Could've gone either way! Extremely defensive series and goalies were outstanding, whether your a Preds or canucks fan, we were all yelling at all those missed opportunities or when we got stoned by the goalie.
Evenly matched on most metrics. Vancouver fan here, this series could have gone either way. I hadnt been that stressed during a series in awhile. We were better, but not by a large margin.
The Press shouldn't be allowed to talk to the losing team after the series for 24 hours. These poor guys have to decompress. Leave them alone. Especially when you've been asking the same questions for a hundred years!
The western wildcards were super strong. The west is always super tight. I dont envy Dallas, that is for sure.

There isnt much to take away from the series. Nashville didnt make a bunch of mistakes and was not missing key players. Its just hockey, was a close series, and somebody had to win.

It's always good enough to get in, not good enough to advance, too good for decent draft talent. Preds will forever be stuck in that miserable middle ground.

Nashville played well, if they could have gotten 2 or more goals in the series and one key save here and there on top of their excellent Defense, they win the series.

Fact is nashville didnt play bad. . It was fact canucks had so much puck luck. Like we won a game because the nashville player hit a post on a open net. Many posts for nashville. More quality shots on silovs. We just had luck our puck found a way through.
