Had never been on 243, though have seen it many a time passing by on I-10, climbing up the mountain. Been on 74 more than a couple of times, going between Perris and Palm Desert.
Same for us. We used to live in Hemet, and the 74 was the more direct way for us up there. We decided on Mexican food on our way back from Pioneer Town so we swung by Idlywild from the Banning 243 side. I heard a lot of what I video taped in my other movies up there got burned out a couple of years ago. Glad I got the memories before then.👍
