northchapel has been used by the smx club for as many years as i can remember and it still looks the same. every year the club used to run an event in a flat stubble field at hook no jumps just wide open straights and plenty of fun .
Must be a decade since I last did a stubble field ... great fun for a change and good for speed on the flat corners!

I was 323 also crashed from like 4th/5th to last on that back straight in first lap - the watering was lethal! Good fun race though probably my favourite smx track.
Were you the bike down just ahead? And yes, the wet patches were lethal!
