I lived and worked there for 6 years. My little house was the only stone house on the meadow and when I opened my front door, my view was Half Dome. The place is magical and it was the best 6 years of my life.
As a foreigner, it’s the heavenly national parks of North America that keeps taking me back their for holidays. I feel super fortunate and blessed.
God bless American national parks.
The North American National Parks are the best ever. I dont think the people who live there honestly appreciate what they have...cheers from Oz
Those cameras are amazing, so lucky to be able to see all this so close up and high definition... The crew must have some life, travelling the world and experiencing this stuff first hand.
They say there aren't any perfect jobs, but I'd argue this one is as close as it gets
@@squidstone8399 Maybe, they have to deal with deadline or noisy bosses. Otherwise, it's perfect job :D
@@gamingawesome2302 I doubt there are deadlines when you're just sitting inside a box shelter and waiting for nature to do something ! Check out the behind the scene bonus footage of Planet Earth 2, it's cool because as they say " animals dont read scripts" . And I think some of these features take years and years to make. For example the Siberian tiger from Planet Earth took like forever to capture. Multiple seasons of setup camera traps, as they're really elusive
There are always deadlines and milestones for them. No company has unlimited budget for producing like your thought. The equipments, their paycheck are not free at all.
One of my favorite places on earth!! And I live 2 hours away from Yosemite.
This is the first time I've ever seen this documentary without a narrative - I Loved it - show more without narration!
It's about time, they devoted an entire episode's worth of documentary to this place. 👍
This place holds more secrets than you or i could ever imagine nor could we ever
understand
I love it when we can watch nature without narration commandeering the experience with words. This is a pristine experience and I for one love it that way…almost as if we’re observing it firsthand as a fly on the wall. Thank you NGeo!
Nah, I need the commentary. I fell asleep the first 2 minutes.
Flew my mom out to California for her 70th birthday in January 2020. We managed to visit Lake Tahoe, little bit of gambling and dinner at HardRock casino on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, Muir woods, Alcatraz Island and dinner on Pier 39 overlooking San Francisco Bay, The California state railroad museum in Sacramento. But by far, the best place we visited last was Yosemite. It snowed 2 days before we arrived and to see this place, is something that I'll never forget. No words, no pictures ( figuratively speaking) and documentaries can capture just how beautiful Yosemite really is.....you just have to go and see for yourself.
The fact you even mention the railroad museum in Sacramento in the same paragraph as Yosemite is wild lol
I'm only about 3 hours away from Yosemite. I really need to go more often.
My family used to go to Yosemite every year
I like the intro where they show the Bob cats and the kitten is like when mom goes and gets something from the store and the kid is like "what you got there? I want that too!".
15:35 I thought the squirrel was gonna get away 😥
To everyone who is reading this, you’re beautiful and an amazing person. Please exercise frequently and eat more fruits/veggies. I wish you all good health, great success, and everlasting happiness!!!
Thank you for this
Thank you 🙏!!!💙

The general grant tree in Kings canyon national park is 45 ft across at the base thats as wide as a house!
I live right near the gateway to Yosemite, lee vining ca. It is such a amazing place to love. You meet allot of friendly tourist too from all over the world.

Omg I love, love this video omg so much beauty and natural place , ThanK you!! ❤️👍😊
Thank you
The more of these parks we build and preserve the more income and health to our species there is!
Masterpiece
Extremely beautiful ❤️
Absolutely brilliant...
I had privilege of living on its beauty's of pure joy with respect of nature in the early 1970 ..it hold hold my heart..
How in the world did they get so close to the black bears cubs feeding and the bob cat kittens playing with each other?? Incredible !!
Probably the videographers were far away, and used appropriate lenses to zoom in without losing picture quality.
I love the way you guys caption the few and dying places nature has provided.
Love the voice-over
Can we all take a moment and appreciate the cameraman and producers and everyone else 🙏🏿 great documentary 💯
The lava mist waterfall 🙌
Always beautiful and a favorite 👍

this is not just awesome, looking at some scenes and i am still wondering to how were they successfully pulled off? Absolutely wonderful.
Amazing show
We have some giants over here as well in Joyce Kimlar memorial NP the trees there are 8 to 16 ft at the base!
The most peaceful place on earth
Superb docu. I like it without narration. I'd like it even more without the music, and just the natural sounds... (One could always add music of choice if desired)
Love this ❤️
Me encantan los paisajes los animales amoo ver estos videos
beautiful...👍🏽
Believe it or not people have been attacked by bobcats! They are incredibly strong for there size and are not tame!
This amazing glorious land is ours, no one,NO ONE in this world will take this paradise from Americans…. We own it and we will keep it, we will fight like bears with claws and fangs for out majestic land , no one is I’ll take away from us, no one ☝️ 🙏👍🇺🇸❤️❤️❤️ 🏔 fire 🔥 🐻 🦌 🐇 🦅 🌲 🌲 🌳
Unfortunately, Republicans would like to privatize these sacred parks so the rich can get richer off them.
Fantastic!!! Watched it on my computer then just had to show my hubby on the big screen TV.. loved those cats : Awesome scenery cheers from Western Australia...now a new subscriber...again.
The most cutest seen is at 7:30 n 8:16😆😆

@@joshuabennett5891 right right

What microphones would they have used to capture this sound? It's as if they're right next to the animals
Is the ecology and equilibrium of all other life matter thank you
The Tourist come far and near to see

The purest grandeur of natures majesty
The one thing on which we all agree
It's Nature's beauty in it's full décor esprit
So amazing, stupendous, enthralling & engrossing that I'm in utter awe of the people who created this mesmerizing, magnificent, majestic, superb, superlative, sublime unrivaled & incomparable nature doc.. Besides, it distinguished itself from the rest for the rare & unique features such as no narration & the exquisite beauty of the cinematography. Thoroughly enjoying & admiring it!!.,,,,Much obliged,,,,,from Tokyo,,,,,,(03/21/22)
You speak English so well.
Thanks. I feel greatly flattered by your compliment. You have a great day wherever you are, & take care,,,,,(09/21/23)@@rollinghillsslo
Wow
This is great! Suggestion, please add labels showing the names of the different animals. I'm not sure what kind of wild cats those were, but they were hilarious! The bigger one is a great hunter but the smaller one steals the show (hahaha!).
Those cats were bobcats and the smaller one stealing the meal was the offspring, otherwise the bigger one would have never let the smaller steal her prey.
Owsem
Just Noice
❤
Very Noice
The Bear whisperer
❤️❤️❤️❤️
I like that channel 🥰👍🥰❤️❤️❤️
Prosthetics, Orthotics, Orthopaedics, Robotics, Automatic wheelchairs ....
David Paulides
Exactly...now talk about the staggering amount of missing people at Yosemite and how the park service does little to nothing about it
That scares me
29:40 was funny cuz it didn’t even help it anymore it just said “welp that’s another one gone”
42:24 what did I see 🤣
The photography !? We wouldn't be here unless. How did they do it?
You may find Yosemite Sam and Bugs Bunny somewhere 😀
was there here 10 years ago, life passes away,no matter if you are aware of it or not,,even it is not rational or not; I will make my own story...
What happened the narration in this video?
Porque no lo hacen en español:)
Hi
Repeated Episode NATGEO Whatsup??
Banged up abroad Hindi episodes plz
Here we go yet again, I excitedly start to watch this video to see the beautiful landscape of this park as I recuperate from a head injury. I have no desire to see violence or ANY STRESS inducing images. And what do they show first, wildcats killing! Really??? Must we see death while showing the beauty of a national park?
It's biotifool
Eow The wolf s do it quick
Coyote, not wolf getting it on. 😝
🌄🌎🌄🌎🤘🏼
25:00 :D
7:27 God dam it, have it then! 😾
No narration?
No narrative? 🤨
The music at the beginning is bad, should've let hear the natural sounds.
It's not a full episode! It's 4 minutes shorter than the original film on the disc. National Geographic, why are you cutting the films? They're sometimes up to 10 minutes shorter on TV. I remember back in the early 2000's the films on National Geographic were still 52 minutes long and now they're 10 minutes shorter. So, shall we expect 30-minute films on National Geographic in 10 years time?
💯👍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🙌😘
