This release is on all clubs right!!!
no definitely not for long game, only these short game shots. Watch the full video of my Flail Experiment and you will see that you need to pull the club to prevent it from releasing (flipping / scooping) too early "Which is Key for Long Game" and getting a sight forward shaft lean on impact👍 czcams.com/video/VVQRPA297ds/video.html
a gravity transition / release as demonstrated in the video causes the club to release early which is perfect for short game shots, if you did the same gravity transition / release with a full shot e.g 6 iron you would not compress it very well and you would add too much loft.
I have been having good success with dan's method. In relation to my actual ability. Staying wide on take away is also key. Almost slicing it.
I have bought the wedge to add to the 7iron and driver, not used yet due to the weather but looking forward to it as the 7 iron is my go to for warmups before playing a game
Thanks John, any questions just ask 👍
I think I must add your wedge to the 7i I already have.
Its a great tool for anyone who struggles with the short game, really helps you smooth out your swing improving contact and distance control, shows up any issues in the Transition and Release and players who struggle with the yips have had great success using it, great thing is its USGA legal so you can carry it on the course and use it in tournament play 👍
