Once had a short on line discussion with Gross where he said basically just dive in with shots and let the chips fall where they may. I suggested these were dumb tactics. He took offense of course. I basically took the 'whatever' stance. Agressive is great if tactics are included. After a bunch of shoot outs, that had him lose, he seems to have found that balance. Good on him.

Maybe you could consider this an upset since Fix is currently wrestling at a very high level in college at a premier wrestling school. However, this result shouldn't shock the world lol. Seth Gross is a beast. National champ and 2x finalist. Daton Fix is also great and a 3x finalist. The title is kinda misleading.

He is very good no doubt. Unfortunately a cerebral wrestler at this level will beat him. Fix has had issues with take down defense and inability to adjust when confronted with a plan to exploit his weaknesses. He needs to go to Penn State. His NCAA finals appearances have shown this.
