According to the files there's 2 warhead types. Alpha and Omega Alpha: Four 1 kiloton that blow the surface, leaving the underground part with little to no damage. Omega: 5 megaton that blow in the underground facility that, also, destroy the surface and everything in a 5-mile radius. + Requires O-5 Access. (Ultimate Tier) In Secret Laboratory there's a Alpha warhead in the underground, instead of a omega. Yes, it would be better to just blow everything with a Omega, but for the sake of the game (Secret Laboratory) they prefer that way. Blow the underground and isolate the surface, where the endgame happens
