Is there cryo chambers that you can sit down?
Mine was less expensive plus they had me wear a robe and ear muffs in additional to the slippers, socks, a mask, and mitten gloves.

Sorry if we were misleading in that. It feels really cold. Like a cold hell for 3 minutes. But, not as bad as an ice bath, that cuts deeper. Then after there's an adrenaline rush as you get through the suffering.
