Back pain is the worst. If you're wanting to build muscles for sword stuff, make sure you include core/abs as well as back/shoulders. Those opposing muscles will support each other and make you less prone to injury.

Back issues suck. Sorry to hear about it. I hurt my back and I was out of work for a month. I hurt it playing in the snow with my boys. Hopefully when my shed is done ibcan do some vlogs and stuff. Great video.
Ooph I'm glad I didn't throw mine out that long! Must have been an intense snowball fight or something 😊 and It'll be so exciting once your shed is done, there will be so many options!
@@madelinejameswrites lol. Yeah my manger at the time is a marine vet recruiter. And he gave me so much crap for throwing my back out in a snow ball fight. Lol it was fun. We had snow brick walls and we were trying to knock over each others walls. I have to admit though. It was a blast.

They probably have some kind! I tend to buy mine in bulk on Amazon or other sites like that, but I've definitely seen them in in person stores too
Interesting. I also have inattentive ADHD and back problems. I spoke with my doctor and says that they both could stem from Ehlers-Danlos Syndome. Have you informed yourself about that? Anyway don't mean to intrude too much. Keep up the good work! Really enjoy all the videos you're pumping out 😀
