    Have made many in this design!! I found 120cm to be too short though, i made them 140 and had a bit more to play with when tying tops off. I used large costco contigo bottle, 1litre.

    Hello, I came across your video in a search for making a cute and functional Macrame bottle bag. I was wondering what brand of cable did you use? or if you had an amazon link with how many yards to get for this project? I'm looking at the NOANTA brand and they have 3mm for 109 yards. I think this projects needs about 20 yards? I would probably need something like 25-30 yards for a 34oz water bottle.

    Hello! Great video! I havent tried doing any macrame projects. But after watching your tutorial, I am convinced to try it out. 🥰 already adding ropes to my shopping cart hehe.
    I have a question, do you think it will make much of a difference if I opt to use a 3mm rope instead of 4mm?
    Thank you so much and more power!

    • @SilentKnot
      @SilentKnot  Před rokem

      Aww! Thanks so much Paola! Your message really made my day. I'm so happy to know that this tutorial inspired you to try macrame. I can't wait for you to receive your ropes. I hope you have an amazing one. As for your question, 3mm is also a good size for this project. It would really depend on the height of your bottle so make sure to add a few more cm if it's taller than 24cm.

    Hi! Help me please. In the beginning of the video you told take 8 pcs of 120 cm . But in the video you fix to ring twiced knots. Please, let me know what's the length of each knot? They are 60 cm or i should take 8 pcs of 240 mm and bend on a half ?

    8 titas de algodon 120cm de largo (de 4mm es el grosor de la cuerda)
    2 tiras de 60 cm para hacer el nudo de las argollas laterales. 2 tiras de 400cm para la correa.

    Hello I had just made a snake knots bottle wrap something like this one but in this you rope instead of paracords how many feet of rope you used can I use 550 paracord instead of ropes

    • @SilentKnot
      @SilentKnot  Před 2 lety

      Oh such a shame that I missed on this. I see that 550 cord is equivalent to 4mm with cotton rope. To be safe, I suggest adding 10-15cm more. Hope this helps and sorry for the late response.

    Who’d have thought I’d be using so much geometry for crafting?

    • @SilentKnot
      @SilentKnot  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello! Thanks for asking. This design fits 500-700ml bottle with a height of 18-24cm. You may adjust the length of the cords accordingly and add a few cm between the knots if you have a bigger bottle. Hope this helps :)

  • @lineringuette-brake1389
