If my experiments are right, what should happen is that your Weekly Quest Log will reset to 0/7 first (meaning any progress above 0 days gets reset back to 0) but your prize will not reroll (presumably so you get a chance to work towards the same prize again). If the current progress is 0/7, though, then your prize will reroll. So the progress should go from 1/7 to 0/7, but (barring completion of all your daily quests) the item won't reroll till the day after.
Oh interesting. Thanks for explaining that. I wonder how my experiment today will affect the 0/7 vs 1/7 -- presumably a full 0/7 reset I would think?
Dang I messed up my log in a different way. I've had good prizes for a few weeks in a row and meant to skip for the first time today but muscle memory made me click them all now I gotta wait 2 days lol

Hi! I got a prize from my art gallery entry recently and its... very valuable... how do you go about selling something that Jellyneo cant even price for? I can only see people asking for about 2b neopoints on trading post and I cant comprehend selling something for that much.

Also ignoring for a moment the game mechanics of the coincidence being a way to gamble junk items you get from dailies for the chance to get stat increases or p3s or whatever other good outcomes you can get from the coincidence, why doesn't Dr. Landelbrot work out a deal with the tombola guy? A couple of the things he asks for can be bought from the tiki tack shop and the tombola guy presumably has a decent stock of his exclusive prizes, instead of making neopians who aren't lucky enough to already have them on hand pay (according to what I just checked on the ssw) around 40k for things like a jar of sauce, semolina flour, and various dried fruits.
As for the daily quest thing, I've forgotten to collect the 20k before and it's only reset my streak and not my prize, but I have seen a couple posts on Reddit recently (or it could have been the boards I don't remember tbh) of people having their prize randomly swap on them. Granted the site is held together by nearly 25 years of spaghetti code and a prayer for the most part so who knows,
Wow congrats. What prize did you win? You list it on the Trading Post and then if a Neopian wants to buy it you put it in the Auction House.
