Lord Jesus, provide all manner of support to those who suffer from affliction and all those who are in need of consolation. Give them food, water, clothes, shelter and other forms of provision that are needed in desperate times such as these. I beg you Father that you do not turn your face from them and that your ears be open to their cries. Give them healing in every stretch of the word for you are close to the broken hearted and bind every wound that has been inflicted on them. Be the very same God who's never changed from the beginning and will continue to be The God of our Father's Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We hold steadfast to your promises of Old because you are a God of Covenants who keeps his promises. Lord, I ask therefore that all of your aforementioned promises be brought into fruition on these days of great anguish and misery. Father, return the sons and daughters to their Fathers and Mothers lands, change their lament into dance, and fill their hearts with song. Be with them in the storm as you are with them in times of peace and continue to dwell in their lives long after the tides and the waves have died down in Jesus' name we pray, amen.

Peter always had a strong personality and probably felt insecure in front of Paul who was well educated which caused a a lot of friction. They were all humans and had to deal with their flaws. Paul prayed to the Lord couple of times to remove the thorn in his side. Peter had plenty of issues that read like an open book. Friction??? Yes. Due to our personality and ego. Peter and Paul both Jews had y ideas about being a Jew and being saved. Paul had to correct Peter to his face. Thus, the rest of the New Testament was Paul’s letters that explain what God words meant in everyday life and questions that would arise among believers. Peter doesn’t have that training to explain. But I’m sure they were able to work together bc the same Holy Spirit guide us all.

      Saul was jealous of Peter.

Peter was kind in his words to Paul, but he didn't call him an apostle. Paul demonstrated his humility and discretion when he confronted Peter (Paul was only humble in name). He not only never quoted the living Jesus, but not once followed Jesus' techings on "do unto others as you would have them do unto you".

Interesting. I feel the exact same way about Peter as you do Paul. So I can appreciate your position. I am pretty sure I know why you feel that way about Paul. As for me I base my opinion on the FACT that Peter and his cohorts refused to eat with gentiles which showed their absolute racism and bigotry towards others. Not exactly a picture of Godly love is it? Where is the evidence against Paul? What did he do other than the RIGHT thing by calling out Peter for being a perfect example of a racist and bigot in that moment? Anyway great questions to ponder it seems. But we all have opinions and it’s interesting to share them. Don’t you think?

Because of a previous comment I am going to leave a thought.
Man was designed to accept knowledge and work with that knowledge. Before the fall, Eve would pass information to our level. God made the srtucture and levels of creation before He put his breath of life into it. We fill those levels with our working thought. We ascend as we learn. We are like a lense. Light comes in and we focus that light outwardly. The information produces an image of the truth that we ate learning about. We then experience the truth. After the fall Eve passes her light to man. The lense does not focus on Gods truth anymore. It focuses light from itself. Now we take light from the world we see and reflect it back on ourselves.
When a lense is moved, it does not focus properly. You see a distorted image. The image from ourselves is very close and we are short sighted. The image seems real. The image from God can be vague and fuzzy. This is because we are looking from a strange perspective. Our perspective. like looking at clouds, we can see things that resemble objects. We see the shape of an animal or an angel. You see something and your mind will search its memory to find a similar object thats close to what you see. The mind fills in what is missing to make the object clear in your mind. You come to a conclusion. If you come to a conclusion and the world does not like it. The world or collective thought will reject it as a painfull ideas. If the idea persistantly reoccurs, it will be gradually accepted. Jesus comes with the truth. The world rejects the thoughts He has, out of hand. God literally puts his hand out to give a gift and the spoilt child knocks it out of Gods hand it is cast out. Jesus stands infront of those who are custodians of Torah. They should know the truth. The people have taken Gods message and placed their truth within it so that it can be used to control the world they live in. This why God asks us to sacrifice. To sacrifice our opinion so that we see God again. Jesus allowed man to judge. To accept or reject the truth. We take in information and work with it. If God had forced the truth on us, it would mean starting again as in the flood. The truth would kill everything that was not true. Most of our thought and memories are based on false perceptions of the truth. Its what we like to accept. It comfortable even if it makes us sad.
Jesus died and visited all the levels of creation and delivered the truth.
We cannot accept the truth so we have a version of the truth that we project outwardly. The perception does not wprk because its not true. The world does not get better because we are focusing on a memory of Jesus which man projects. Hence the gospels being different. Some people have taken scattered images of Jesus from peoples recollections and tried to stich them together from what believe the truth is from outside Jerusalem.

In 1John4:1 the apostle John warns us not to trust all that speak in spirit since also evil spirits and demons share their thoughts with us or rather force their evil thoughts on us. And evil spirit may not tell the truth. I think Jesus warning about false prophets that will try to fool even the selct ones is about this: when you hear that he (Christ) in in the wilderness or in the house- don´t go where they point..etc. If we are filled with Holy Spirit and do all that we hear in spirit we do expose ourselves if we go where they point. @@paulespinoza974 Jesus walked around and drove out unclean spirits and demons from possessed humans with his word. A human that is possessed by an unclean soul or demon is affected by it- it can even take complete control of a living human. So to force someone is the make a human do this or that. Our own soul has shaped our boides I believe, life is the soul, the spirit, the flesh is of no use as Jesus says, And our souls is the actual life, is us, our personality, thoughts feelings, memory and the soul uses the body in a physical world and life. If we become possessed by another soul, it has its own will and its own "blue prinit" what it is to shape of if its a spirit causing illness- then that is how it will affect a human body. Simon Peter is a humble man and Saul was a pharisee who persecuted Christians but maybe not only that. The scribes and pharisees, the way I understand it, was walking on two roads at the same time when they didn´t preach the truth (Enochs testimony) instead closed the door to the Kingdom of Heaven for the jews and all others. There seems to have been problems, a bit between Saup and Simon Peter and indeed if we read Sauls letters it seems to me that he was a pharisee that lost his knowledge of the Word and thus lost Holy Spirit. Not only that he was temporary blinded for 3 days but lost the understanding of the scriptures ( read John and when Jesus speak of those who see that will become blind). Sauls letters might show us that he didn´t understand the truth or that he was still a pharisee. He is angry of Simon Peter and even call him a hypocrite because he refused to eat with nonjews when nonbaptized jews where around but didn´t mind it when he was alone with heathens. But Saul preach Christianity but yet cicumcise a Greek man who has a jewish mother. Even Jakob writes things that I think is more jewish than Christian faith. But then it is very hard to live as a Christian if you bother about the truth Jesus have come to preach.

Hello, yes Saul was blinded for days, and his first 'miracle' was to blind a seeing man. As Jesus said his church would be built on Peter, and the church we see around us is built by Paul, it is hard not to wonder if this church is indeed preaching the real Kingdom of Heaven. Peter is a humble man for sure, and I'd take his word for anything above Saul, and take the Gospels over the epistles any day.

Peter defended Paul in two scriptures Acts 15:7-11 & also in 2 Peter 3:15,16. Acts 15/ Galatians 2 are known as the Jerusalem council. Paul took his gospel of grace to the Apostles Gal. 2:2 Acts 15 is written in Luke's version, Paul wrote Galatians his account of that meeting. Paul was trying to prove the gentiles were excepted by God through faith and not the Law of Moses by w/circumcision, purifying their hearts through faith. Not putting a yoke upon the necks of these new believers that neither our fathers nor we are able to bare? Paul's gospel of grace Gal. 1:11 which is 1 Cor. 15:1-4

The Swedish Christian scribes and possibly others don´t think that Peter has written the 2:nd letter but maybe we should not dwell on that since it might be the Lord and the apostles that has corrected the NT scriptures for our sake. Our task is though to seek the truth that Jesus have come to testify of: the Book of Enoch and The Book of Jubilees and reminding us of Noahs commandments .

    Peter and Paul were ENEMIES!
Paul created his own gospel (referred to it as "my gospel"). The gospel that we are saved by "faith alone". He twisted scripture to support his "faith alone" gospel. Paul is the only person in the entire Bible who teaches this! CS Lewis quote about Christ was He's either Liar, Lunatic or Lord. I think a similar quote could be said about Paul. He is either the greatest teacher Christianity has ever seen or he's a liar, lunatic and a fraud. Considering the facts that he was NOT chosen by Jesus, did not meet the requirements of being an Apostle, began by murdering Christians and doing his best to destroy the teachings of Christ, and Jesus warned about Pharisees and not to believe anyone that says they saw me in the desert. Paul merely changed tactics on how to destroy Christs teachings. To believe otherwise would be to believe Jesus half completed His ministry here on earth, changed his mind about the Gospel when He ascended into Heaven and chose an unrepentant sinner (a despicable murderer of His people) to teach a revised version of the Gospel, because the original 12 Apostles were not up to the task.

26 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptised into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.
There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
4 What I am saying is that as long as the heir is a child, he is no different from a slave,
although he owns the whole estate. he is subject to guardians and trustees until the time set by his father.
So also, when we were children, we were in slavery under the basic principles of the world.
But when the time had fully come. God sent his Son, born of a woman,
born under law, to redeem those under law, that we might receive the full rights of sons. Because you are sons, God sent the spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out,
Abba Father. So, you are no longer a slave, but a son; and since you are a son. God has made you also an heir. AMEN FATHER

Saul/Paul was a pharisee and I remind you of Jesus words in John: 39 Jesus said, ‘I came into this world for judgement so that those who do not see may see, and those who do see may become blind.’ 40 Some of the Pharisees near him heard this and said to him, ‘Surely we are not blind, are we?’ 41 Jesus said to them, ‘If you were blind, you would not have sin. But now that you say, “We see”, your sin remains. // And these words we have to connect with the voes in Matthew: 13 ‘But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you lock people out of the kingdom of heaven. For you do not go in yourselves, and when others are going in, you stop them. // And this from Luke: 52 Woe to you lawyers! For you have taken away the key of knowledge; you did not enter yourselves, and you hindered those who were entering.’ // Jesus has come to tell us of Enochs testimony since Jesus brother Jude gives us information about Enoch that can only be read in The Book of Enoch and the Book of Jubilees. Also 3 books in the apocryphs contain info that comes from these scriptures. I believe this to be the actual key to knowledge that opens up the gate to the Kingdom of heaven. And - it is the understanding of the truth that makes the Word of God to remain within us - in our souls.
