What I'm trying to figure out is how you control yourself and stay at that very slow, methodical pace without ever deviating for 20 - 30 minutes? I mean, how do you do it without getting yourself sleepy? Seems like a challenge of sorts. It is extremely relaxing though. Almost hypnotic. Enjoyed the vid. Thanks for posting! L8tr!😉
Being quiet and slow comes quite naturally to me but I get sleepy for sure!! Sometimes I'm worried my eyes will look too tired but I've been told that my slow blinking is relaxing too 🤭 Thank you for watching! 🤗
