Thanks Jeff! The templates took a ton of time to set up and cut, but they have easily saved me as much time (and headache) as I put into them. Now I need to get a few profile sanders made this afternoon so I can get these braces knocked down!
Believe me... That was REAL surprise on my face... I thought for sure it was going to be too loose or the angle would be off. It wasn't 100% perfect, but it was a 95+ for sure.

The templates have def been the key to success for me. There has been a minimal amount of fighting on this project so far.

Nice use of templates and pins. That eliminates any slipping around of the braces. I may have to try that on the next one.

I'm going to have to make a guitar one of these days. I'm really intrigued by what is all going on with the inner structure.
