Dave Grohl is so technical on the drums with this song
@Panzer 4 but in minecraft 😂
LMAO 😂
@albanian99843 δεν ηξερα και οτι οι αλβανοι ακουνε nirvana
This looks like something out of a movie. this quality is insane
Like a Netflix special.
The whole concert is dope. You should be able to find it someplace. Halloween in Seattle at the Paramount. I always felt like this show was like Homecoming .."isn't grudge something on the bottom of your shower curtian? I thought we just made a punk rock album "
the power of 16mm
@@petarkil Yup.
Better than official channel
Grohls background vocals are very underrated
He sounds a lot like the guy from the foo fighters!
Kaden Barnes r/woosh
beautiful back vocal
@TheWeirdo486 aah yes, woooosh a guy making a joke
I mean there's a reason he won all those grammys.
Dave Grohl singing in the background
As he always did
He sounds great. Was just thinking that.
@@wrdshmn he literally is the singer in foo fighters
Mathias The cheese grater yeah and the sky is blue
In this Dave’s singing isn’t that good and it’s too loud
the coolest musician ever
this makes me want to cry. kurt had so much heart. it kills me.
something about the "Polly? Polly?" at the beginning is so impactful
Shittt that clean tone is gorgeous
It's so sweet that Krist stands over near Kurt like he's supporting him by proximity, I feel like he does that because it's such a quiet and emotionally vulnerable song for Kurt to perform live. Miss these guys.
He's probably standing there to make sure their sound isn't unbalanced coming through those amps and cabinets behind him. Like checking to make sure one of them isn't too loud or too quiet.
Michael Lynch lol
Michael Lynch yeah that seems more feasible tbh
Michael Lynch correct.
F you guys, I liked the original interpretation better. Although, slightly cheesy. Just a really sweet thought.
Three guys total, one is not even playing his instrument and the result is totally mind-blowing. One of the greatest band ever.
This concert is really fantastic, they were very talented
hippiecheezburger They're a band, buddy 😂
This is some of THE best Nirvana footage ive ever seen. Why am i just stumbling onto this show now.
Yep it’s like you can reach out and touch them in this footage
Wow Dave grohl seriously just nailed those background vocals. Totally sounds like the album
Note how the audience allows Kurt and company perform. This shit don't happen anymore.
I also love how this was before everyone brought cell phones
Because Kurt died?
No because people just yammer their fucking heads off during a show. So rude.
Today's age you would've heard like five conversations "OMG so where are we going after this?" "Do you think Jason likes me?" PUKE
Stewart Ross It's a concert.
Люблю их с 94 года, он свернул все мое осознание жизни
Such a powerful song. The subject matter was way ahead of its time.
2:53 Look mommy, bubbles!
thats kinda offensive, considering what the song was made after...
i’m not gonna like because it’s at 69
🤣
@@lukegray7122 stop looking for things to get pissed off at. theres nothing offensive of making light of serious subjects, and thats not even what he was doing.
@@lukegray7122 What?
The most beautiful video I’ve watched today.
dear god look at the distance between Grohl's snare and rack tom!
mrbtapir no one has noticed this comment, but I hear you bro. In terms of fills and ergonomics, this setup is terrible. But ... nirvana defies logic somehow. I shouldn’t even like their music, because to the ear it’s boring at first, yet I highly respect them.
0:32 Ripper in the background be like 'play me someone. I'm lonely.'
Ripper? What's that?
@@Cthulhu_Awaken ripper is the other bass that Krist used.
@@Cthulhu_Awaken gibson ripper bass guitar the yellow one

Play this in half speed
For any fellow guitarist wondering what this chord is , its :
(3rd fret)
Hold down on the
Low E , A, B and High E
I just figured this out
Lmao you just figured this out? It's just a g major but he's using his index finger to play the low e
SuRIKE pretty much. But i posted that comment a month ago. Soo. I just figured it out, a month ago.
It’s close to a g major, this is super late but more than likely he’s actually muting the A string with his middle finger as you can see with most of his clips, it gives it a little bit of that sound, they are all pretty similar in sound so no worries there
I remember that little tuning session from live sold out tonight when I first got it when I was in high school. I thought it was the coolest thing then and still do now
Kurt we miss you more then I could ever put into words! Your frozen in time at age 27.....
Kurt it's 2018 and your music is still so strong and respected by fans and musicians
Brilliant.
I literally was eating dinner yesterday, and some music show was on and I wasn’t watching it, but it was playing some music, and it sounded like a nirvana tune, or something they would play. I look over and there is a beatle sign on the drums. It’s amazing how some of Kurt’s song sound like the beatles
He hated the Beatles so it’s weird
@@nehemiahzo_ Where in God’s name did you get that from? Kurt was a fan of The Beatles, he just didn’t like Paul. In fact, before writing About a Girl, Kurt listened to Meet The Beatles on repeat for 3 ish hours and then went to write the song
@@Paul-gf6kp that’s weird a lot of people have told me that Kurt hated the Beatles, probably because he didn’t like Paul.
@@nehemiahzo_ That’s probably why
@@Paul-gf6kp why didn't he like Paul?
Corona Virus bring me here. 2020 still on fire
Kurt and dave have amazing harmonies
I love the addition of bubble machines in the background.
Just knowing that I was born after Kurt cobain died really pisses me off because there is nothing in the world that I could ever do to meet him
forever a big fat mood
He died in March, 1994 and I was born in December
@@ree9487 he died on April 5th 1994 not in march
Ok zoomer
You could visit his tomb (I think?)
When you time travel back to a Nirvana concert with an HD camera
polly said her back hurts fuckin brilliant.....dont get better than that...
the mad daddy what does it mean/imply?
Actually not women, but 14 years old girl.
Polly sells herb at Kurt !
One of my favourite song!
Oh man, you are the best! That is incredible, wanderfull!! Nirvana forever! We remember them in Russia!!! Kurt is life in our souls!!!!!
Easily my favorite performance of Polly. For some reason seein' Chris behind Kurt makes this more powerful for me.
Badass backup singing Dave grohl!!!
I love Nirvana, I love this song Polly, I never get tired of listening. Especially I love Kurt Cobain.
I love kurt
VANDALISM:
BEAUTIFUL AS A ROCK IN A COP'S FACE
La mejor version de Polly por lejos, gracias por tanta musica Kurt, algun dia te cruzare por el limbo..

Beautiful
Beautiful.
Just awesome, first time I've seen this clip.
This song is my favourite
beautiful :')
I can't get that song out of my head love it plus I have the cd
Best version❤🎉
it looks magical
best version of polly EVER!
Simplicity is genius
Such talent, it's frightening 👍🙂❤👏👏👏👏
Oh, this song really brings me to NIRVANA
We’re a New Grunge band, check us out
Didn’t know 720p can look this amazing
I love the voice of Kurt
Auténtica joya 💎
I love how on a simple song like Polly all 3 of them are in it
que qualidade,meus amigos!
the best version
Nirvana helped me when I lost my father. He was my person and I lost him without notice. He always played nirvana and my dad was depressed and never said anything. Now I know when he played nirvana it was him working through his emotions. Now nirvana helps me with my grief.
I just saw that green sweater in the museum of pop culture in Seattle about a week ago
Best show
0:05 Love that soundcheck....
holy shit this is amazing
For not having sophisticated lighting like nowadays the lighting is kick ass throughout the whole gig
High quality!
I just listened to Neil Young's acoustic rendition of "Rockin' in the Free World." It fits well with this song.
Krist com seu charme!
Todos bons!
Polly ❤👏👏❤
I'd love that concerts nowadays were like this with no flashes, no cellphones. I mean, just the public and artists, listen to the music, enjoying it without thinking anything else, just listening.
Apart, talking about Nirvana, they were, for me, one of the best bands in the world, i refeer the way Kurt used to play the guitar, like a god, his beatiful heartbreaking and breathtaking voice. The lyrics of the songs, and the meanings of this. Everything fitting
You should just copy and paste spam this comment onto EVERY Nirvana video. You're already about halfway there.
Omg stfu nobody cares snowflake.
Go away stupid asshole ham ball shithead
Ok boomer
Existe uma saída o amor!!!!
One of kurts most catchy and dark songs... He wrote about other people because he felt he was boring...
No
Wrong this song was about a young girl who was abducted torched and raped leaving a grunge concert in Seattle.
@@mikehunt8247 i guess thats why they played it in se
@@mikehunt8247how is that wrong? The song is literally about someone else
@@PeterPumpkinEater69-du4iw he didn't write it because he thought he was boring he wrote it because the act of what happened to that girl was disgusting
Love this Paramount Polly, but my absolute favorite live version is from MTV January 1992.
Качество просто офигенное, и звук тоже...Кайф
This is just beautiful imaginary of Nirvana in motion.
La mejor versión. :3
My most favorite song is serve the servants
32 years ago today. Love you, Kurt.

Woah daves just killing those drums isnt he?
Its so good, so fucking fucking good!
Ouvia com uma amiga, na madrugada, enquanto fumávamos cigarro roubado dos pais dela, na frente da lareira. Há 15 anos atrás, aos 14 anos. Sem muitas preocupações...
Holy fuck, what an incredible and talented singer.
Bubble machine sick!!
Ive been trying to replicate that guitar sound with what i have avliable to me forever now
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🤘🤘🤘🤘
1:09 looks like a close-up image of Krist being projected onto a screen in the back... but nope that's just him playing behind Kurt he's a frickin giant lol
