I'm Belgian and we have sure had our nonsensical and insane political incidents too but we are only a small European country. As for the US we'ld like to think they take politics more seriously. After all your president is what we call the leader of the western world. However I have trouble with it being Joe Biden and more with his intention to try for a second term. The things we read in our newspapers and how even professors and scholars support this, is frightening. The unwillingness to accept Donald Trump as a candidate for this coming election is so enormous, people are prepared to give up democracy to prevent it. This lack of common sence and stubbornness concerns me greatly. I can understand Trump is a polarising figure but at least he hasn't lost his mind. Joe Biden making jokes about Trump in the presence of Obama is even more unreal because we've all witnessed his decline and he has a temper that shows even more when he is fed all those smart drugs just to stay coherent enough to remember to get on and off the podium. Who would have thought the left could be this stupid and malignant. That democrats would be so quick to leave behind everything democracy is about. I still think Trump should win. Be it by lack of a better opponent or by merit. Everything he's been charged with, Biden has done as well. It's time we stop the shenanigans and make this a fair fight. We should leave it up to the people who make sense and not let judges and zealots decide who can be president. And not let ambitious politicians rampantly rule the West while a senile and vindictive old man at the helm.

I comment a lot but rarely compliment that The Megyn Kelly Show is perhaps the best podcast on the Internet. Sincere and authentic, conversational, but not a lot of wasted words and filler. Great guests, to the point, incisive and penetrating. You are so very competent, one of the few elite in your profession who has earned the moniker “elite” amongst the mountain of mediocrity.
A person who mocks, and laughs at people, their flaws, their attempts, their sincerity, their gaffs -- is about at the level of junior high. Grow up.

The only place I feel like I can listen to an unbiased discussion about current events on a daily basis.
When I had TV, I watched CNN and FOX NC. Most stories on politics were one-sided on both. It would not be hazardous to guessing less than 30% on either channel was unbiased AND fair.
I fled cook County, Illinois after Covid (Chicago controls the whole county). Between J.B. Pritzker's nonsense on so many topics, the Dem super-majority, the draconian restrictions AND the treatment of Illinois kids by the C.T.U., I was DONE. After 50 years of Cook County being my home, I hooked up my covered wagon & ended up in a purple state: Nevada. It's much more balanced & less insane.
Democrats seem to think that those of us who are going to vote for Trump in 2024 have this crazed obsession with him and believe that he can do no wrong. It doesn’t occur to them that most of us remember our lives being better during Trump’s presidency. It’s not that we put blinders on to Trump’s shortcomings, the crazy things he says, etc. it’s that we see what Biden has done in the last 3.5 years, and we don’t like it. Their failure to square this fact is why they are losing, and will continue to lose no matter what kind of picture they try to paint of Trump.

I couldn’t have said it better. I just went into Fox News and the subject was will Trump take the stand? So I was reading a lot of the comments, and I couldn’t believe all the negative stuff I was reading. Of course I didn’t read them all, but the ones that I did, 95% were against Trump. Some of it really dumb. That’s why your comment is spot on. They are not getting the fact that I and you and many others were living so much better under his presidency. Trump’s personality has been like this all his life. Everyone knows that. I don’t care who he sleeps with because he’s not the first (if he did) and he won’t be the last president that has done that. It would be Melania issue and I have every confidence she can take care of that just fine. How hard is that to understand? The only thing I can think of is that Biden’s voters didn’t affect them. Grocery bills have doubled, gas too, buying a house is only in your dreams. Tell me 1 thing Biden did right and then we can have a mature, intelligent conversation. He said he was gonna bring us together and looking at these comments, especially the immature name calling, feels like we are more divided and more hate. Even if Biden were to win again, they will still be talking about Trump. What will the news stations report? Let’s see.
If the election was held today with ALL candidates, Trump would win with 50% Biden 38% the rest, of course, under 12%.

I will never fogive the sheep that refused to think for themselves and refused to fight school lockdowns. The impact my my child's mental health was indiescribable. The fall out still impacts us today and will for a long time. It almost destroyed my entire family.

She basically said, ''show me where in the Constitution does it give me the authority to tell you to self quarantine? And show me where does the Constitution grant me power to tell you to close your business. It's un-American. Listen folks, there is a virus out there, we ask that you mask up but not mandate it, here's what we know, keep your distance, if you don't feel well, stay home. But you are adult enough to make your own decisions.''
I wish people valued that. I wish they cared. DeSantis did do a lockdown. And I guess because it was for a short period of time, people forgot. And I understand why the rich don't care, they can weather any storm. But I still don't understand why the folks don't view her as a leader, and view her in high regards.

RE: SCHOOLS. My daughter's 4th grade Kirkland,Wa teacher had the class write a story at Thanksgiving about how our turkey felt about having its head cut off. As parents, we were vilified. She became a vegetarian after that, announcing she wouldn't eat anything that had eyes. She subsequently became overweight because all she would eat were high fat, high carb foods. PURE EVIL.
That teacher is lucky I wasn’t a student in her class. I used to regularly watch Saturday morning cartoons while my dad butchered a deer on the kitchen table. My story would’ve been about how turkeys are mean and deserve to be killed because they always chased my grandma on her farm (when she was a little girl), but that at least they're not as stupid as a human who thinks it’s a good idea for a 4th grader to compare a bird to Anne Boleyn. I probably would’ve been suspended, lol. Your poor girl though.
The jury will find him guilty. No matter how obviously bad this case is. They hate Trump, therefore he is guilty. This will have to go to Appeals.
I got a sick feeling in my stomach when Phil said that most likely the appellate judges are Trump haters too. It appears there is no one who can stop this corruption.

Hopefully the Supreme Court will take this case right away. They are going to be very busy overturning all these decisions. The $500,000,000 judgment in the civil suit should be included, but The Supreme Court never weighs in on civil suits when it does not include government entities.

As a former educator, I know the NEA is a criminal endeavor. There is NO way students are learning. You cannot teach because of discipline issues. I left the teaching profession when I realized that I would be in trouble and possibly lose my teaching certification if a student says anything that may be construed as "inappropriate" or whatever may cause the student to feel "sad." Terrible system that needs a total revamp and school choice is the answer! Thanks for this information.

DT was on Howard Stern Show years ago. Stern was teasing him about women being interested in him as a rich batchelor saying he bet he got a lot of women. DT in reply said if he was interested in a woman he sent her to his doctor for a “complete checkup “. They had a guy chuckle over it and alluded you “can’t be too careful” as AIDS was a big and scary issue for everyone.

In closing Defense should start by stating something to the effect of “There is no jury in New York that will ever clear Pres T of wrongdoing, it’s New York….that is what we heard throughout our preparation to defend against this case….I don’t believe that. I believe THIS JURY, will see this case for exactly what it has been (very calculated in their words and expressions)” I have to believe that there are at least a couple of people that may not like him, but have integrity and having it pointed out to them directly might make a difference.
When they Cross Ex MC, I hope they bring up each individual instance where he has lied and gotten busted.
I don’t know if they are allowed to bring up what MC has done during the trial (making money off the trial by selling merch, just like SD, as well as his use of Tik Tok, but if they can’t get it in when discussing his serious lack of credibility on Cross, they should try to get it in on closing.
Depends on if the judge allows them to bring up his lies. I have a feeling they will attempt to cut out his former convictions because the event happened before his convictions.
