    Exactly! What I was looking for as I have always wanted to know how to clean one of these. My new job only uses water and a large rock to clean it though. The vinegar seems a good touch to degrease it! Thanks!

      If anything is sticking to it it has been greased to much and not scrapped. You want to clean it with a little avocado oil and a scrubbing brick. Rinse then reseason with very light oil

    Good video with plenty of helpful info. Have you considered using cloth towels after the paper towels? We find it does an excellent job of pulling up any residuals left on the surface. -N

    Is there some easy way to see if the burner is actually burning? With the full griddle I cannot see the burners even when looking into the holes. I don't want to rely on the sound so I am forever on my knees trying to see inside. Am I missing something?

    • @JohnnyBrunet
      @JohnnyBrunet Před 3 lety +1

      Sometimes I have to get to the right angle to see it burning. I have that problem as well where I am squatting like a catcher forever lol. But I also figured out that I was not giving it enough time after I turn the knob. I was turning it on them turning it back off in like 4 seconds if I didn't see a flame. I wait longer now and the flame eventually kicks on. About 6-8 seconds.
