    • @KaysCutz
      @KaysCutz  Před 5 lety

      I wouldn't because as soon as you cut into it the tension changes and could distort. Stabilizer keeps everything from moving. It isn't hard to use a stitch un-picker afterward. If I make it look clumsy it is only because I have a camera under my eyes and cant always see what I am doing properly.

      @KaysCutz  Před 4 lety

      Hi Lisa I am sorry you found it hard to keep up. It is sped up in places throughout so that you can get on with your stitch out without wasting too much of your time watching things that are repetitive such as the machine stitching, taping fabric, trimming up excess fabric and batting, turning and such like, as most people don't like videos that drag on when they are stitching the design out. I do try to strike a balance to suit as many people as possible but you comment is duly noted. Thank you for watching and thank you for your feedback is is very much appreciated.

    Per the website I used this video to make the larger purse, 8x10 (there are about 4 sizes for the purse I'm making). It does not leave an opening to turn so I had to do unstitch all of the stitching for the various layers. Is there a glitch in my purse embroidery design?

    • @KaysCutz
      @KaysCutz  Před 3 lety

      Hi Maureen, the designs are so well tested it is unlikely that the problem lies there.
      Have you opened the file in embroidery software of any kind? If you did delete the files you unzipped, then unzip the downloaded file again, drag and drop the files you are going to stitch straight onto a USB key and put it into your machine. Embroidery software can cause problems with the files as it can auto sort the colours without you realizing. this will change the order of the colours and prevent things from stopping where they should.
      Have a read of Kreative Kiwi's blog post on this subject
      www.kreativekiwiembroidery.co.nz/blog/Embroidery-software-changing-design-files.html
      If you are still having problems afterward email Kreative Kiwi their email address is at the top of their website page.
      Let me know how you get on.

Other than that problem on my end, the video is excellent and I'm so glad you go slowly and your hands aren't in the way of what we need to see, as happens on some other companies embroidery videos, making it very difficult to follow.
