Democracy Now did a good segment this week on Miller's serial racism and addiction to authoritarianism.

Even the Bush-appointed judges who ruled the Muslim ban not legal have received death threats. So we have a frequency ratio of maybe 5,000:1 and an intensity ratio of maybe 10:1. That makes for a 50,000:1 over all ratio in terms of overall threats of violence. As Donald Trump and Steve Bannon have courted the anti-semitic and white entitlement vote, this is not a surprise.
