I started off with the Hero 3+, loved that thing, then Hero 7, Hero 9, and now the Hero 10. The Hero 10 is such a huge jump from the Hero 3/4 you'll be blown away!

I got the HERO10 as an upgrade to the HERO8 and I'm well in tune with how they work, but for any beginners out there this video is amazing for an introduction! I couldn't find anything near as comprehensive and useful when the HERO8 came out, enjoyed the video!

Thank You Kym, long time! Well, it really depends on what you use it for. The quality as you can see is a step up, it looks clearer, sharper, just more natural, and if it's stabilisation you're looking for the Hero 10 really does a much better job. You too Kym, take care!

Easy as. Thank you. Best video I’ve seen. I’m a newb. Just picked up my first go pro ever. Yeah, I’m late to the party. This video was key. I have ADHD and was able to actually watch/learn in this tutorial without wandering off after 2 min of rambling. Short to the point all killer no filler. Thanks. I think I did good going with the 10. Seems like all I need without spending more for the latest greatest. All I’m using it for is Mtn Biking / racing DH. So thanks again.

Great informative video as always my friend. I love the fact they didn’t go to a new battery format… again. I’m most excited about the hydrophobic lens that the 10 has. It seems as if it was more responsive with voice commands as well as touch than the 9. The overall menu layout remaining the same is very welcome also. Have you tried the 5.3k 60fps yet?
Yes, all these batteries makes me feel warm inside!! The lens I still have to test, I'll leave that for my full review. The voice commands work perfectly, not one problem with those, the screen is a million times better and I never really use anything other than 25fps unless it's for some seriously tasty broll, which I do less and less of, and then I'm rolling in 120fps. I'll give it a go though!

Hi Philip - great video liked and subscribed. Can you help - I previously had 2018 GoPro now replaced it with a Hero10. Used to always just shoot and go with the 2018 and the light was always good. I have a waking channel so mostly hiking on the mountains. I’m finding my new videos on the hero10very dark; compared to the 2018. Can you recommend the best setting for light or is there simply a standard mode that should optimise the light automatically for me? Thanks Mark.

I really hope I can find a tiny camera case like the one you showcased. You mentioned Ulanzi but there was no link in the description that I could find. Nothing on their website either. Just found your video. This was excellent for a newbie to GoPro. Followed it all and worked a treat until the latest update to firmware and my app keeps saying something went wrong … tried switching it off, disconnecting and reconnecting the camera…. No luck. Thoughts ?
