- So todays video is about fundraising @chateaudelalacelle all for orphaned children in Tanzania….last year I had 800€ and brought food and essentials that they needed and it was amazing to see there faces with what was brought…. Here is my video of climbing Kilimanjaro and how I helped the children

In September I will be going back again for 6 weeks and will be sharing the donations out between who needs it the most… but I will be buying the essentials for them so I know they are getting what is needed..also I will be doing videos and I will show you what I have been doing…. My dream would be to help a massai village to get them a well for water 💦 i have looked into it and it varies from 3000$ to 1000$
But that wouldbe amazing to achive for them to have clean water !! 💙💙

@@BricoMark Check them out - a Canadian institution - pastry tart base - butter, brown sugar, egg sometimes raisons - pecans - currents. That and Nanaimo Bars (though about 1,000 calories per bite --- we need something to keep us warm.

In Cornwall they put the jam on the scone first then the cream. In Devon they put the cream on first then the jam. Also in Devon they do a Thunder & Lightening which is cream on the scone first with golden syrup drizzled over it. Absolutely gorgeous ! Love this video of behind the scenes at the open day.❤

Masai way of life sometimes its difficult to understand.They rather eat twice that sell cows for extra food.

I was taking to someone and they used to help in the orphanages and I said how can you walk away does it bother you? They said well life goes on and it is what it is… since being back I have been depressed 😔 thinking of everything we have around us that we don’t need… there they are struggling but are so happy 😀 oh I could go on but I won’t I feel i NEED to go back I need to help xx 😘

A lot of those cakes can be frozen. There will be desert every night for a month. Take some to church for after service tea, have a few boxed up for sale for anyone who might want to take some home
I'm from Yorkshire where scones are fruited with juicy sultanas and currants, and lightly spiced with nutmeg. Scones are served with best butter, jam then cream and a berry. My Gran used to make Fat Rascals when we went to visit. I heard Ash say he likes the savoury scones with cheese and sliced meats, I bet he would really like a big Yorkshire Pudding sandwich.
Oh my, that was pudding heaven. Ginger cakes, Treacle tarts, bakewells, Scones. shortcakes, fruit cakes, angel cakes, pound cakes. My favourite food - cakes. You didn't do badly for your turn out directly following an open house. many would have though that there would be lots go and didn't go themselves, so to have 1/3 show up is really quite good. Loved the live music, that would have been a lot of fun for an intimate charity afternoon.
