I love that you didn't wait until you moved. You filmed despite not being exactly how you want it, because people asked for the video. And just for the record, I would rather see a real, attainable wardrobe space like this, than any of the palatial, middle aisle, come-get-lost-in-my-closet brigade.

The best wardrobe storage purchase I've ever bought are velvet hangers. You can buy them from Costco, tkmaxx and I'm sure dunelm too. They're narrow and clothes don't slip off them. Also all off your clothes will hang at an even height which I find very appealing to the eye! X
Betty P there's closet shelves, hangers and storage already on my wardrobe. We aren't going to spend money on a house we are moving from when we don't know the space we will have at our new house. that's a waste of money xx

I've been looking forward to this for soo long!
You've done an exceptional job utilizing every inch of space in your closet. The best thing I did for my closet storage solution was to convert an extra bedroom into a dressing room. I went online and used my measurements to create a custom closet system to suit my specific needs. You decide how much short, medium and long hanging space, how many shelves, drawers, valet rods, etc. I know some of the most amazing homes in the UK are older with oodles of charm but limited closet space. An extra room might be the perfect solution when searching for your new home! Best of luck in your new home search!

I love this closet!! To add more of a modern touch to the exterior of your closet, I would def change out the two knobs - I think you'll love the look. I did it to my closet and I couldn't believe how something so small could really update the exterior look of my closet and add cohesion to the rest of my bedroom! Much love Lydia! Xx

doubling up on hangers, hanging one on another, is a great way to save space for things like shirts. I also personally like folding my jeans and jumpers and putting them in basket or shelf type spaces.
