You obviously don't know about fighting games and don't see why he needs that much damage...Every fighting you go to a low tier character will always have some unique move that the other characters would not have that will balance the game.
Wright is a terrible character, he literally has to get to Turn About Mode to be decent, and most of the time he won't be able to get it. Iheartjustice is rocking a team of mid/low tiers.
