Omg Sara Lynn they look good! The meatball recipe. I need that recipe In my belly like today! Brilliant. I don't eat dairy but the stuffed mushroom recipe I could swap out the cream cheese for a vegan cream cheese and use vegan parm. So I could easily veganize the stuffed mushrooms.

I've done pastry dough filled with apple slices, brie, and a drizzle of honey. I wrap the dough around and bake for 15 minutes. So good! The stuffed mushrooms are great for a meatless option too! I'll have to try it!

Love the mushrooms. I use a melon baller to scoop a little more out of the center of my mushrooms so I can stuff them more. Enjoy!

I love each and every one of these recipes. And they all go together perfectly! Quick question: for the pear and blue cheese cups, do the pears need to be ripe? I can never seem to Time it right so pears are ripe when I need them.
