With Easymatrix 106 C/CS, you can offer customers the comprehensive service they expect. This includes finishing, because die-cutting and embossing are now regarded as an integral part of quality commercial and packaging printing. Short make-ready time and straightforward operation deliver an unprecedented level of productivity. The workflow is much more effective because automation largely eliminates errors resulting from manual intervention. With an output of 7,700 sheets per hour and short set-up times, the Easymatrix 106 C/CS stands for productivity and cost-effectiveness up to the 106 format. It processes materials from 90 to 2,000 g/m². Even corrugated board up to 4 mm thickness can be processed.

It's an awesome machine. As you said, it looks very stable and efficient. I really like it. I work on Bobst 102 and I can say this is a very competitive machinery. You did a great job.

It look like bobst sp 102.....I can't see the location of pressure plate.
I work on easy MK 106, year 2016...Nice diecut, does the job but nothing will beat a Bobst, MK is too fragile, lots of flaws...In the demonstration, I noticed some errors during make ready.

Where is pressure adjustment located?

i could do a faster turnaround on a 1987 bobst 102 than on this, 25 minutes depending on the job

Dear MUTHU, The Easymatrix 106 CS is not able to do foil. But on our Easymatrix 106 FC you can do die-cutting or hot foil stamping. And the Promatrix 106 FC is available for die-cutting and stripping or for hot foil stamping. Looks very close to a Bobst 102 machine. At least your using Marbach tooling, but please clean all that rust off the chase. I see a lot of bending over for the operator, and not being able to slide out the frame to install the center stripping unit board looked very cumbersome to install it.
I think that is not rust...
Probably is very thin powder .. waste of laser cutting process on wooden moulds...

The stage is too high. Tobias has to bend to work properly. Moreover the machine looks small whereas it's quite tall.
