Bring back the old one during the glory Prem years. That is our identity, even 17 years later it’s what anyone I’d say 30 and older identifies with. It was unnecessary to change it, wasn’t a popular decision and seemed to just happen over night with (shocker) no input from the fans. The current one is meh/fine, I personally never took to it though, and coincidentally that badge change coincided with a grim era (2007-current), we’ve had about 3 good/decent seasons in that time and mostly rotten ones. The old one before that is classic, what we all love and will be the beginning of the good times again. Btw did the reporter at 4 or so mins in call our game against Sheff Wed the ‘northern derby’ haha, oh yes, the famous northern derby, a historic rivalry, you just don’t see that derby anymore :p
Not into changing the badge most boro fans prefer the old badge the one we were in European Cup with and when we won the league cup! It's gonna look amateur if we keep changing it we loose our identity on the shirt! already changed once. The badge is like a brand that brand has to stay the same it just confuse other fans outside of our support to in terms of identity! Don't see all the top teams changing there badges.
