Note 2 exercises I used a dumbbell because the 45lbs was too heavy for me, my back was already tight from a previous workout so didn't want to exert myself. If you have a lighter kettlebell thats great! If you also don't have a kettlebell you can use a dumbbell!!!
Is it necessary to take protein shake to built booty or chest muscle.? I think without taking protein we could reduce more muscles with these exercises. Am I right? Please guide.

The fact that you were using a 45 lb kettlebell and doing all the exercises and making it seem easy and then I picked up my 20 lb kettlebell and my muscles couldnt stop trembling... 😂 You've got to be a next level of fit
I was using a 5 lb dumbbell 😭
Keep doing it and you’ll eventually get there

After having 5 children.. I still got it. I’m working with a 25lb kettlebell for now but give me a minute. I’ll upgrade to a 45lb kettlebell soon enough. Your such an inspiration for mommies like me because I refuse to lose my nice buns 🙅🏾♀️ I’d rather go the natural route than get one of deadly BBL’s
BBLs are hideous. Natural is always a better route.

This was a good workout first time meeting you & 2nd time using a kettlebell, i bought myself a 10pound for beginners then i will buy a much heavier kettlebell,

I absolutely LOVE this video ! I prefer to workout early in the morning in my appartement and this workout is quiet. Plus I like how you don't talk during the workout part, so I can put my own music. ❤❤
May I suggest to put a tiny image or a gif of the next exercise during the rest period ? So that we're ready and positioned when the rest time is over

You literally push me to challenge myself and switch up routines! Having a overactive thyroid has caused me to lose a lot of my fat. So I decided to try the gym since my body has always held muscle. Watching your videos, and brads (glute guy) has helped me put weight and more muscle back on my body quickly! I am learning so much from y’all, and the most efficient ways to get these gains! whew! i could only get halfway through this routine before my back was over it. i think I need to focus on keeping my form tight. great routine. i feel strong as hell but also my legs are jello now. thank you

I didn’t have a kettlebell (I need to get one) but I used my 20lb dumbbell and weight plate for the swinging part. Thanks again your videos are inspiring & motivating. I found you during quarantine last year and fell in love with how you get to the point with the workouts. 😊

Love this workout !! Repeated 3x as noted and will be doing incorporating on lower body days. I would recommend to use beeps after the round as it would be easier not to have to look at down on the phone during the set at the gym. I’m new here & will be doing your other videos perhaps you have the sound in some of the other videos, if so disregard comment. However , amazing and great music ❤

Awesome video ! I’m a beginner in the gym and I needed something simple to follow along with that got straight to the point (no one has time for all the talking when you’re at the gym lol) My back was definitely on fire, so don’t know if I need to work on my form, but loved it !
