this is great but a reminder to everyone if you want to grow your glutes you need to add weights and progressively get heavier with them!!! :)
Just piggybacking on your comment @becca. If you can’t progress with heavier weights due to different circumstances, then increasing your reps with the same weight can also be beneficial to growing your glutes.
@@lotusbeekey9684 yes and no, for maybe a month or so but you actually need to start using some type of weight, in order for your glutes to grow you need heavy resistance, your body will get used to it, tons of reps are for endurance not for muscle growth:)
Gotta be realistic but if you don’t have weights since gyms aren’t open you can try and invest on some dumbells or resistance bands
@@sandycholula2206 I'm no expert by any means, I'm just a beginner, but I agree and also disagree with you, of course progressive overload is the key, but if only weights can really grow muscles, then calisthenics wouldn't work, people who do it also have amazing bodies, and they did progressively overload by using their bodies and muscles in different ways ☺️

I built my gluteus with bands! I did 2 years exercises in the gym but believe me, the real glute growth is with bands. Its incredible
