juicy Baileys Bundt cake with chocolate icing 😋 Baileys cake / Baileys Salted Caramel *gluten-free*

Hello and Servus back!
In today's video I show you my recipe for a quick and delicious Baileys cake. You can use any kind of Baileys or completely different liqueur for it. If you want to bake the Gugelhupf without alcohol, you can also replace the Baileys with drinking cocoa, coffee or milk. But if you like Baileys or any other liquor, be sure to try this recipe - I promise it's not too strong! 😉

Quantities for a smaller Gugelhupf pan *********
125 g butter (soft)
100 g powdered sugar
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
2 organic eggs
15 g baking cocoa
90 g gluten-free flour
150 g grated hazelnuts
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
100 ml Baileys of your choice (here: Salted Caramel)
For the chocolate glaze:
25 ml hot cream
20 ml Baileys of your choice (here: Salted Caramel)
50 g milk chocolate (here: leftover Nikolo)
