    Dr. Iggy,
Can you please do a video on the impact of prolonged anorexia on the gut and the symptoms that occur upon recovery?
    Thank you

Thanks again Iggy, each video has been helpful, and I’m so grateful for your help when I consulted you. This video made me wonder if chronic slow bowel motility is related to chronic stress… or presumably there are other causes in an (apparently) otherwise healthy person….would love more info on that if relevant

Thank you for your compliments Lindy. Chronic stress unfortunately can aggravate most conditions - constipation or diarrhoea. But as aways, other causes must be excluded.

Very interesting. I knew stress was bad for the body, but didn’t realise the impact it can physically have on gut health. I was just reading today about how to activate the vagus nerve by gargling a glass of water daily!

When stress impacts your digestion can that also interact or cause issues with reflux? I’d like to see a video on reflux and how you can manage it naturally without the use of PPIs.
