    Great video, 3D products really brought the shine back! I really like the idea of using the 3D NANO PAD for claying the vehicle; What kind of life expectancy does the Nano pad give? can it be washed and used repeatedly?

    • @3DCarCare
      @3DCarCare  Před 5 lety +1

      yes, you can wash it and use it repeatedly. Even if you drop it in the dirt, you can still wash it and then use it. You can expect it to do 50 to 70 complete clay jobs.

      ACA features advanced abrasive technology. They cut faster and finish better - using the abrasives only.
      AAT has a chemical additive that helps the abrasives cut and finish the paint. The AAT is also more affordable.
      I use both AAT at work, and ACA at home. Honestly both are excellent, but ACA has the edge.

    So what's the technology difference between the ACA and the AAT line? Is the ACA still an adaptive abrasive lineup?

    • @3DCarCare
      @3DCarCare  Před 5 lety +2

      They are different technologies, but both use ALUMINA abrasive to cut "cold" vs compounds that use generated heat to cut and correct. ACA uses Alpha Ceramic Alumina. ACA is more foam pad friendly that AAT. AAT has more of a powerband with wool pads than with foam. ACA is better than AAT with foam and also edges out AAT on a wool pad.

      If ONE isn't cutting fast enough (really stubborn clear coat) I'll use ACA500. If 3D ONE isn't finishing as far as I'd like I use ACA520.
